I was greeted with very welcoming person and the hole experience was great and the early book in made life so much easier, we highly recommend this business after a couple of stay there. The room was clean fresh and comfortable and the bathroom appeared new and was very spacious. The business is in walking distance of a very nice restaurant and close to my appointments so not much else to ask for.

Room was spacious and comfy, the building is well maintained. Plenty of off street parking, which 95% is out of view of the street. The staff were super helpful and accommodating, the reception is manned pretty much 24/7. I had a prolonged stay due to work and the staff provided plenty of local recommendations for food and utilities close by.

At no fault of the accommodation, I had a bad nights sleep due to noisy neighbours in the room next door. Thankfully, the staff sorted it out pretty quickly so I could have some rest before a early start.

Everything was perfectly set up and clean. Free WiFi and TV as well with great lighting inside the facility and everything was just 10/10.

My room was upgraded at no extra cost!!!! Very clean room and so spacious!!! Exceeded my expectations. Spacious and clean bathroom. Staff very helpful and professional. Had booked one night just to be close to the city as I had a function to attend to after work. Will definitely book again.

I may have missed information about the aud$200.00 deposit when checking in- but not a big deal.

The room and ensuite was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable.

I didn’t like how the bathroom lacked places to hang the towels and that it wasn’t close to the shower. I didn’t like how there was no internal lock on the door for safety reasons at night. There was a lack of towels, soap and shower gel for two people

Comfortable stay, good facilities, close to where I needed to be, good availability of parking. Good restaurant nearby. Friendly pleasant staff.

The hotel was fine. The area to the south of the hotel gets a bit dodgy, lots of people asking for money in Dandenong shops. Some zonked out. There's a new shopping centre being built very close to the hotel so you probably won't need to go in to Dandenong in future!

The room is nicely set up and tidy. The bed is clean. Staff are quite nice, especially the cleaners were very helpful.

There is no lift available for the wheelchair. Other than that, everything was good, we like the iron and hair dryer which are necessary for our trip.

Was given a free upgrade room Which was lovely to have an extra large bed before surgery the next day at Dandenong Hospital which is a short 18-minute walk from this accommodation.

Did have anything to not like.

plenty of parking. comfortable bed. large bathroom. and room overall. not far from Melbourne.

smell of smoke in the hallways, dated carpeting. wi-fi was not usuable, it was 0.22Mbps up and down, most hotels I've stayed at in Australia have been over 20Mbps up, down tends to hover around 0.3-0.4Mbps. had to use cellular data throughout my stay

So close to the Dandenong Hospital, and that’s why this hotel was chosen. We were given an automatic upgrade for the room, with a late check out as well. Very clean with large rooms, I would certainly recommend this Hotel to family and friends.
