The convenience to all public transport especially the tram network. We went into the city on a number of occasions and it was a breeze. Close to a great variety of really good restaurants and Don't Albert Village coffee shops. Loved it.

Walking to Box Hill. But we found Mont Albert shops and inconvenience solved

Easy to find. Off street parking available. lift to carpark

our neighbours had a fight and there was stuff littered all over the lift corridor. The website said daily room service but it didn’t happen until we asked and then it was only partial. There was nowhere to hang up a towels and bath mat to dry in the bathroom. We were given a room with a balcony but the door was locked!

Like the room as family good to have our own room as parents.

Mattress on bed was very old and had little to no paddling left

Location met our needs.

The parking area was too tight. A large sedan etc. would not fit in most of the spaces without considerable manoeuvres. Actual parking bays quite narrow as well.

Comfortable beds.

Being woken @ 5am by a fire alarm to then find only one other room took heed of the warning. When there was no sign of management , fire trucks or smoke when returned to our room.

UHT milk was off. Much smaller than it looks in the photos. Beds about 60 cm apart

The block is on a main road so I would recommend asking for a rear apartment which was very quiet. Apartment was neat and tidy and had everything I required. Good location opposite a park and close to tram and 7-Eleven if you need supplies.

Strong smell of cigarettes in the apartment despite being a no smoking room. There was also a blue planter on the balcony full of cigarette butts.

Nice clean and simple apartment for staying at a good price.

The bedroom was on the main road and there was a bit of traffic noise
