We felt so fortunate to be upgraded on arrival, which made our stay even more special. The room was spotless, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully designed with a well-equipped kitchenette—perfect for preparing our own meals during a longer stay. The location couldn’t have been better, within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and public transport, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area. Having safe, secure parking gave us extra peace of mind, and the friendly, welcoming staff made us feel truly at home. A wonderful experience that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality.

Very helpful staff. We had a terrible 1st night ended up actually sleeping in hospital car park. Called the hotel at 7am the next morning and they were fantastic and couldn't apologise enough. When we returned to the hotel we said we would be fine moving our things but management walked us up to our new apartment and got 2 staff members to move our belongings. So yes our 1st night was crap and stressful but i think we were just given the wrong apartment. Cause the hotel staff are lovely to the girls that clean our room too the front of house staff, all we lovely. Some may think the train station is too close but honestly you can not hear a thing when your in your apartment. 😊

Maybe could have more car spots for people with disability. But i am not sure if Quest own the car park

Good spacious apartment with full size fridge and basic items in the kitchen. 2 bedrooms - all beds were comfortable King size bed & 2 singles which was good for our family of 2 A & 2 C. There were soft & firm pillows to choose from. Shower was lovely and the cubicle was a good size. Air con unit in each room. Nice apartment we would recommend and stay again.

Some of the kitchen items - glasses, plates and coffee cups were not clean with obvious signs that these had not been cleaned before our stay with food and lipstick on them. The couch in the lounge which looked like could change into a sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sit on.

The room and the whole building was very well presented, modern and clean. The staff were all very nice and efficient. Everything worked well and we had all the facilities that were advertised. It was all very secure with the use of a keycard for entry to the floor , the carpark and the room. The downstairs carpark was secure , easy to get to and undercover which was very good as we had a hire car. I didn't use their Wifi as I used my own.

Our room had an internal door to the next room. This allowed cooking smells and noise to come through to our room from next door. If we stayed there again I would ask for a room without this adjoining door for that reason. On one night the people next door were very noisy and the cooking smells (which were very nice) filled our room also which was annoying. The Manager was sorry that this happened and was very sympathetic although by then they had checked out so he could not do anything about it. These adjoining rooms didn't seem to have very good sound proofing. Something should be done about this. The adjoining door should be an option on the booking if nothing can be done about it.

The apartment was in quite place, good view of the Dandenong city from the balcony. close walking distance to Dandenong square market and plaza for a quick shopping access and Train station. The three rooms are spacious comes with kings beds, beautiful and are cleans.

Some of the part of the carpet stain and stains at bathroom floor plastic stream. Side corner of the master bedroom bathroom shower tile was loose, uncomfortable stand on it, does not give even floor level.

Cooking facilities and cleaning were fantastic. Loved having the washing machine and dryer in our bathroom. Reception was so helpful when i had a problem. Solved out straight away. Location is great and the rooms soundproof.

I didn’t like that we had to pay $15 extra each night for parking of our car. It’s obvious if we’re starting at the hotel that we want to park or car there and for them to charge extra is ridiculous

This was the first time I have stayed here and I was very impressed. Staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The location was very good and shopping centre was easy walk and very close to train station. It was also very accessible to main roads to take you whichever way you wanted to go. The room was a studio executive and had everything needed to make my stay comfortable and I really liked the balcony where I could sit in the fresh air to read and have my coffee. Will definitely stay again.

There was nothing I didn’t like

The staff were both personable, and professional. (Particularly Rabiha and Amal.) Nothing was too much trouble. Central position was excellent. Facilities/appointments were as advertised. (Excellent.) Parking was very reasonable priced with good sized parking bays!

Such beautiful, clean, well looked after rooms! Safe area. A lovely Cafe underneath. Close to everything but at least out of the city hustle and bustle. Staying again soon and looking forward to it.
