Basic but okay, hotel still in beginning phase. Exactly as in pictures. Comfortable bed. Nice to have cooking & laundry facilities. Modern look and feel and mostly clean. Small bathroom but with great roomy shower space. Good location close to mall and trains. Very friendly staff.

Not a big issue for us as we had our own gear still in the car from camping trips, but the studio missed some essentials. E.g. no forks, no dishwashing rack or dish towel, no clotheshangers, only one mug, one large plate and one chair (plus a sofa chair)... might be because they opened recently. Cleanliness as mentioned mostly fine. Some dust/hair here and there (especially under the bed where we also found a ribbon presumably from previous guests), bits of mould starting in bathroom but nothing crazy.

The room was exceptionally clean and spacious allowing room for my wheel chair. It was also warm and had no street noise. The staff member who greeted us was friendly and helpful.

The room was advertised as "wheelchair friendly." I could not get either my wheelchair or walker into the toilet or bathroom which put me at risk of falling. It would be unreasonable to advertise as accessible apartment because the toilet facilities were not accessible for those in chairs. It is a self contained apartment but there was a lack of crockery, cooking utensils and cutlery. We had brought some with us which was just as well.

My room was clean, I had everything I needed, staff were friendly and it was easy check in and check out!

The parking for a big Ute wasn't ideal but thankful it was gated, And a tea towel in the room would of been handy and a face washer, and while I'm at it some milk 😂

Location was good

Noise and the towels, shampoo and soaps were not given daily I stayed there 4 days and had to use same towels. Also water i had to bring my own. Also rubbish was not collected i had to request the staff to please take

The location was great as it was convenient to get to the bus and train station. The staff on duty was polite and very generous in helping out.

The bed - I think it was two single beds connected together, one was bit lower than the other making it uncomfortable. Also, I wish there was more kitchen cookwares. Also, housekeeping was happened to be in every 5Days but did not clean.

Heaps of space and facilities that is better than a private apartment. Convenient location

Hard to access from rear staircase and parking was very hard to negotiate and limited spaces

the size of the apartments was great

apartment has oven , cooktop and microwave but there was no saucepans to cook, only a frying pan and the insert from a rice cooker(no rice cooker) also no toaster so we went and bought a cheap one for our stay

The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, and super helpful . The place was clean and super close to delicious affordable food.

The lack of drinkware and bowls

It was clean and well equipped with a very comfortable king size bed and a balcony to watch the sunset from. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The secure undercover parking was a bonus.

The smoke alarm went off when we made toast (it wasn't burnt) but turning on the extractor over the stove cured that problem.

Room allowed us to be self sufficient, the staff were excellent. No toaster in room but staff supplied one promptly.

Coming and going for Basketball tournament using car park was a bit of a hassle. Some fittings in bathroom loose, shower screen handle, soap holder.
