The staff were excellent. Cindy at the office was awesome when we arrived gave us spare blankets, pillows etc. The cleaning couple were also awesome. We chose this area to be close to family. The room was very clean

There was rubbish around the outside which can put people off. The pool not cleaned and handwitten note outside office can also put people off.

Convenient location for our needs, pool for kid, plenty parking for truck or camper

Very basic, bed, shower, kettle microwave. Few dodgy guests just locked door.

The room was clean, some things could be better. Like the shower head had a Band-Aid on it to stop the leak. That looked a bit odd. Other than that, we slept well unit the children next door got back at 10pm. But that not the motels fault. There is a $100 bond that took me by surprise but it was all good. Just didn’t realise when we booked online and paid.

Good value for money, we were comfortable, we slept well the lady that runs the hotel was very helpful and fussed to make we and as I noticed other guests were comfortable. We stayed the one night to attend an event at Sandown race track it served the purpose very well.

Bathroom ..badly in need of update....My bro & wife stayed here on wedding night 50 + years ago & loo looked like it...I know you cant help cigarette burns,but a "near brown"cistern & sink indicate the age. very quiet surroundings

Extremely friendly staff. Great commodities like coffee, tea and soft drinks. The smart TV made it easy to find entertainment.

The doors don't stay unlocked and the lights outside the door kept me up at night.

Room was very clean and very comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. Great having tea/coffee facilities and even toiletries. Very pleasant staff, recommend.

While not a problem, the reception could open earlier than 8:00am

Staff were lovely and very helpful explaining where key was located etc. Not my usual style of accomodation but served my purpose for this trip :)

Mattress a little springy and felt a little unsafe with no visible lock on the inside of the door.

My food in the freezer melted as apparently it isn't a freezer, although has a seperate section with a closing door above the fridge area

clean and tidy . the bed very comfortable make us having a good sleep . big shower room , android smart TV with best channel app , and its valuable with price .

just the TV locate on living room , not in the bed room . so we need to go living room to watch the movie.
