Located very close to Dandenong Hospital which is where my friend is. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Needs better parking as it is limited to 2hrs from certain times. Also the hot water was just warm. The internet was so so as sometimes it did not work. Also there was no cutlery in the room.

Plenty of space in the apartment for our family. All the facilities we needed to have a comfortable stay. Beds super comfy. Washer dryer full size fridge two bedrooms as well as living and dining room in the apartment and the secure parking (extra but worth it) were a massive plus.

Nothing will be staying here again, we were very comfortable.

The bed was comfortable and Laverne was extremely helpful prior to our stay

There was a Male I spoke to on the phone on Tuesday the 24th and he had no idea what he was doing Which made it extremely hard for us to plan anything referring to arrival times etc Also I found a Bug in the kitchenette so obviously that was concerning

The staff that assisted us was exceptional. she was friendly, and funny, she went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. We dealt with her for all our encounters, and she was delightful, even coming to wait with us at the front of the building while we ordered an uber. Being a public holiday, she was on call and available even during the closed business hours.

If I had to find any faults, I would suggest adding more pillows, as the 1 that was offered per person was flat and lifeless.

Loved the super comfy bed and lovely lady called me to check when we were arriving so they could make it an easy check in.

Carpets near elevator were stained and filthy. Smoke detector lid was hanging down from the ceiling in our room. No room rubbish bin, so had to take with us.

Good central location

There was no lid on the toilet seat but we were advised this was going to be repaired after our stay. There were also some utensils and glasses missing. There was only 1 wine glass and one standard glass. There were insufficient utensils if more than 2 people were staying. Another larger saucepan would have been helpful to have.

Clean, comfortable, fully equipped . Lovely restaurant on the property doing fabulous meals

Unfortunately night traffic was loud. Balcony was covered in bird excrement Staff no where to be found during service hours, didn’t answer desk calls

Absolutely the lovely staff. Very helpful and understanding. We were able to do early check-in as we'd travelled a very long distance without sleep.

First night very noisy and problematic person in next room thumping Walla, pacing, yelling through the whole night. Reception dealt with the situation very professionally. The remainder of out stay was excellent apart from the neighbour.

The King Room we stayed in had a most comfortable bed, lovely hot shower and easy WiFi connection. Breakfast taken at the restaurant next door was terrific and we really appreciated the range of great restaurants nearby for our dinners. A lovely park across the road provided a chance to take some exercise and enjoy some history of the area. It was a short comfortable walk to the Dandenong station. We would stay here again but would probably upgrade to a 2 bedroom to access a full kitchen and more space.

The room was good value for money, but the kitchenette was very basic.

Exceptional value for money and central location to shops, restaurants and train. Laverne in reception was lovely and a credit to the complex. Definitely will visit again
