We frequently stay in hotel/motel accommodations and can be rather fussy due to this. Quest was great and the staff were all lovely. We were even surprised with a free room upgrade upon check-in for our anniversary. Quest met all our requirements and more. It was close to everything. The room was well kept and clean. The bed and pillows were comfy, and from the time we did spend in our room, we almost decided to cancel our reservations just to relax and enjoy the room some more. Definitely value for money. We will be back on our next date night.

The only problem we had was the TV remote in the bedroom not working. We weren't able to change the channel or turn the TV off without switching the powerpoint off.

Tradies started about 7am and interrupting sleep in. The pool area seemed to be under renovation. This should have been indicated upon booking and adjusted prices introduced. There were 2 doors in the apartment but were not told the reasons. One of the doors, light could be seen. Additionally, no lifts of you are allocated upstairs room which poses issues for those with mobility and limited issues. Upon booking no options are available for ground floor bookings

It was so close to everything. We had our wedding ceremony at the Church next door, so it was literally a 1 minute walk to where we needed to be. Nice friendly Staff, great facilities and plenty of car parks.

Not really much I didn't like. I guess the only thing would have been that it is really close to the main road so you can hear all the traffic.

no disabled parking allocated carparks, made transfers more difficult with having to park for drop off close to block allocated, unload and leave car unattended, making it a little inconvenient for others. then having to move car to carpark area. It could be organised a little better.

The room was great the bed was comfortable, we slept well after the jet lag. Washer & Dryer came in really handy. Rest of facilities were great as well.

We were unfortunately near the freeway side of the complex and the windows were only single glazed so it was noisy first thing in the morning.

Our stay at Quest Narre Warren was great and very comfortable! All of the staff were amazing, very helpful and accomodating. My partner and I had a lovely time. The location was excellent, in walking distance to Westfield shopping centre. The pool was super for the hot weather and the room was equipped with absolutely everything we needed. Fully furnished, could definitely have stayed for much longer. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so effortless.

Location was OK for us as we have family in Clyde North and Narrewarren. The kitchen utensils were good... clean crockery, glassware and lovely sharp knives. Dishwasher, washing machine & dryer all good. And nice to have a pod machine for coffee instead of instant!

The stovetop was unusable as someone has previously spilt something that looked "cooked on". The oven was unusable as it had no shelves or trays. There was obviously a dog show on that week, and we were woken by barking dogs at 03:00am each day from Friday till Sunday. Also the hotter was OK on Thursday and Friday. By Saturday we were having lukewarm showers, possibly because of all the people in accommodation, but disappointing when its cold and you're from a warm climate!

All the staff were very friendly, helpful and were most eager to please guests. As we were in unfamiliar territory and arriving late in the evening we really appreciated the phone call from reception to see how we were and if we needed guidance finding the location. We had a chance meeting with the General manager and it was clear where the staff culture of warm genuine hospitality was coming from. The 2 bedroom self contained unit was clean, neat, tidy and a nice spot for a short term stay while attending a conference at nearby Berkley. Two bathrooms, washing machine and a nice big TV to sit back and relax in front of. Plenty of parking, in a nice safe spot if you have a car. For those like my husband who enjoy public transport its very accessible with a train station 15 minutes walk away, and bus stop just outside the property. We are looking forward to returning with friends and colleagues next year. Thanks Bastian and staff.

Takeaway food options are a little bit limited if you get the munchies late at night. There are plenty of food options at nearby Fountain gate during the day, but after 5.30pm, and then 9.00pm you are pretty much limited and on a starvation diet if you dont have a car with you or you didnt buy provisions during the day..

We liked the loctaion - close to the Princess Fwy exit, walkable distance to Narre Warren train station and also to Fountain Gate shopping centre. Friendly welcome at the reception. Convenient parking, we could drive up to the entrance door and did not need to roll our luggage too far :) The apartment was big enough to feel comfortable, comfortable bed and couch, TV. Kitchen was equipped with all you need to prepare breakfast or a light meal and tidy up after that. Having a washing machine and a dryer was very handy. Overall the apartment was clean and tidy.

The bathroom area was clean but a bit oldish and needs to be renovatred to match the rest of the apartment.

It felt homely! It was everything we needed! The quest is close to all the shops and restaurants we needed! Staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful bubbly and happy! Nothing was ever a problem! We would definitely come back as our main place to be! Like a second home for us! Thank you for everything! Merry Christmas guys and a Happy New Year! We will definitely be back! Thank you!
