Very happy with the location, suited our needs perfectly being close to Monash Casey. The bed in room 10 was comfortable and the room was spacious.

While the room was clean, the window sills were not. Only minor things.

location to gumbuya world was great, nice and close. parking infront of room was great. communication from hosts were great. toaster in room was convenient comfy beds all in all it was a decent night stay, maybe not worth $150pn but it was budget for our needs

no cutlery-knifes or plates in room. made making toast a mission. no glasses only cups. fridge wasn’t plugged in. tv reception was blurry at times spider webs in room shower in general was horrid- used soap was found on top of shower too. could do with a better clean of room. kitchen area was quite scary looking for children and window was open on arrival.

Our go to hotel when staying in the area. Everything you need is close by and the rooms are very comfortable

Location was terrific for our needs. The room was exactly what you would expect for the money, basic but clean and comfortable. Pretty quiet too. Great shower, good pressure and plenty of hot water

No xtra blankets in wardrobe ? Cobweb with dead spider in it....right next to teamaking facilities.

Clean, tidy. There was no noise from neighbours. Was relaxing for us to be there as our usual was booked out so this was a tester for us.

We just wanted an arrive late Leave early bed for overnite and this was provided at this budget hotel . Receptionist stayed late to book us in . Value for money , clean , comfy bed in this older facility .

Really enjoyed our room was big and nice bathroom. Comfortable and quiet.

Cleaned better in bathroom and sheets and pillows appeared dirty. Clean towels in the morning would have been nicer
