This property is as convenient as it gets, practically a stone’s throw from the Ferntree Gully freeway entrance, so you’ll spend less time driving and more time relaxing. The bed and pillows struck the perfect balance between firm and comfortable, think Goldilocks’ “just right,” but for adults with back pain. The room itself was spacious and the location? Chef’s kiss. You’ve got KFC and Brandon Park Shopping Centre right across the street, so whether you’re craving late-night fried chicken or a last-minute shopping spree, you’re covered. Who needs room service when you’ve got a Zinger Box within walking distance?

Parking here is a bit like playing musical chairs, except the music never stops, and the chairs are all in random places. There aren’t enough spaces to go around, and the “rules” are basically the Wild West of parking etiquette. If you see an open spot, it’s yours, doesn’t matter if it’s technically tied to another room. So, don’t be surprised if your designated spot is claimed by someone else, and you end up parking off-street. It’s a parking free-for-all out there—may the odds be ever in your favor!

Had rung when booked to say I wouldn't get in until after 9pm and was assured that was fine as office open until 10pm. No one at office when arrived. Needed to ring a number to get check in coded. Room code given didn't work and had to ring for another. 2nd code worked. Everything was fine but frustrating method especially after a long drive and phoning earlier. Other than this, property was in good location for my needs and purpose and provided a good base fir my training weekend.

Location suited us. Spacious room. Pleasantly surprised there was a couch. We expected a kettle and toaster to be provided and it was great to have a microwave also provided. Bed was fairly comfortable. We called reception when we arrived in the area early. Our room was ready and we were welcome to check in early thus leaving our luggage in safety whilst going shopping. Check in was smooth and efficient. The room would be okay for a few days.

The external appearance has become somewhat shabby and needs a spruce up, making us a little worries on arrival about whay we would fimd jmside.

Wow this place was CLEAN, organised and actually supplied enough utensils, and towels for the amount of people in the rooms a rare find!! The room is basic but just what we needed. Also commend as I booked for 5 people and we got rooms next door to each other this again is another big tick for me THANKYOU

The only negative thing would be the bottom of the shower could do with a scrub but I've stayed in places that cost more with worse shwers

Double beds need to be updated asap. Have stayed in 2 different rooms now and beds in bad shape. The single was fine but the doubles sink/dip into middle and wobble badly. Didn't sleep well. Also the carparks need to be clearly marked or designated, particularly when motel is full. Cars weren't parked well with consideration to others, especially if you arrive back at the motel late in the evening.

Location was good as it was close to everything we needed to do.

More kitchen utensils and cleaning equipment would have been better. Also room service was not done as we were not aware that we had to change the front panel on the door advising that room service needed to be done.

There are many great facilities nearby - supermarket, fast food, restaurant, service stations. The location was great. For what you pay, the motel was more than adequate. It was clean and warm and we had no issues. Despite being close to a main road, it was also quiet.

Room was great. It was spacious and beds were good. Kitchen area was good and consisted of refrigerator and microwave along with a kettle and toaster and basic dishes and cutlery. Location was excellent, being right across from Brandon park shopping centre and next to KFC. Also being located near the intersection of two major roads as well as easy access to the Monash freeway.The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived around 9 pm and were met by a friendly receptionist who was waiting for us and checked us in promptly.

The parking was a little tight. But due to the location and being an established building, probably not much scope for expansion.

I’ve stayed here before and am pleased to have come back. The lady on reception is absolutely lovely, and very helpful when it came to public transport suggestions. And it’s a short walk to a shopping centre.

Some of the other guests a bit noisy, but that happens in most places.

Ideally located for our purposes this room was a clean retro style motel accommodation straight from the 80s. The staff were very helpful and the facilities while dated were clean and comfortable.

There was the smell of smoke in the room when we first arrived though this dissipated quickly.
