Staff gave us an early check-in when we arrived early and asked if we could park the car till 2 pm. The room was a lot bigger than I thought, the 3 singles in one room and the king in its own room. Comfortable with extra blankets. Thank you.

The bathroom taps all dripped a bit unless turned off with some force, which made it hard for kids. Also, there is only coffee mugs, glasses, and 1 teaspoon. No plates or anything, I know there is a restaurant there, but it would have been great to be able to make something or eat off plates food we brought.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The manager and Nelvin were both so good and welcoming. Close to town centre. Surrounded with lots of restaurants,etc. Very clean. The shower was warm. Love the shampoo, conditioner, and lotion brand. Parking was available. We felt safe. Very good value. We will definitely be staying there again.

Happy with everything but some suggestions: Maybe a more secured door lock from the inside. Adding fresh fruits in the breakfast menu.

Good value, great staff, clean, great shower, breakfast was certainly a bonus. Private, quiet, close to the car.

We never book unless we have provision for making ourselves basic meals. Microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. It’s insane that such things are provided for a couple BUT one teaspoon, one cookie, no plates or bowls, no knives or spoons. A microwave without any microwave dishes. Surely there could be some access to these things. Otherwise why is there a toaster? Where do you put your toast, how do you butter it? We weren’t surprised about the sign in the dinning area about not taking any crockery or utensils to the rooms…. Maybe this indicates that there is a need for them!

It was comfortable, great price & really great bed. Room was quiet & very clean. Breakfast was a bonus.

When arriving upstairs from reception for breakfast, there were no bowls, glasses or milk. Crockery & cutlery were piled up on a table adjacent to the food table. It took some time to find someone for assistance. It appeared there was only 1 person on duty to attend with checkouts, breakfast & other requests. We were able to have some toast & returning to our room to go on our journey. We waited for about 20 minutes to return the room keys at reception.

Loved the ease of check-in and out. The location was perfect. Easy walk into the CBD which meant I didn't have to drive my car. Room was nice and clean and loved the 'do not disturb' sign i could put on my door.

Breakfast i would have preferred to finish at 10.30am. But that's just me, I don't eat breakfast too early, a me problem. The bathroom door did stick a little and was noisy to close properly, but again a minor issue and let staff know at check out.

Disappointed with crockery and cutlery i.e no side plates, knife's or forks. Also disappointed with air con, had it on 16 all night and room was still hot in morning also wifi said connected to my device but also then said could not provide internet access.

The Easy Access to and from the Town, The Property was a great location, We were down from QLD for a wedding I would recommend this for a spot to stay, staff was very helpful and took on the feedback and fix it straight away before we even left, very good all round

The pee on the front of the seat The aircon leaking all over our stuff, ( the staff was very sorry and they weren't obviously told from last people, everyone is human accident happen)

The location was great and the included breakfast was a real bonus.

There was a leak in the bathroom which meant the floor was wet the majority of the time. No doubt this has been fixed by now. Also there wasn't an instruction sheet in the compendium on how to successfully use the TV. Similarly the heater was great once you figured how to work it.

The included continental breakfast was excellent. Couldn't fault it. The location of the motel was great (we were attending an event at GPAC).

The parking was a little squishy but obviously unavoidable. The light in the bathroom kept turning itself off after a very short time which was a little annoying when taking a shower and having to wave y our arms around to get the light to turn back on.... otherwise all ok.

Great location right in the centre of town, only a five minute walk to the shopping mall, lots of food options nearby. Room was fairly modern, decent TV and decent wifi.

No allocated spaces for parking, but there was plenty available. Not the hotels fault but I had some entertainment on my trip including police turning up asking someone downstairs what their reason was for displaying false rego plates which was quite entertaining, as well as the three tradies smoking a 'special' cigarette outside my room and talking loudly for around thirty minutes, although as I was on holidays and didn't need to go to sleep early this was quite entertaining however would be annoying if i actually needed to sleep.
