The bed was comfortable, the room was nice and clean. The front desk staff member was lovely and helpful. The location was convenient to the hospital. The water pressure in the shower was brilliant.

Overall the stay was really nice but there are a few things I think could be improved. The TV just had free to air, nothing else was provided - only to cast your own services to the TV, which I found disappointing. The cleaners started banging around nearby rooms very early. I would have liked to sleep in a bit since my checkout wasn't until 10am, but they were very noisy, very early.

I stayed in the King Suite. I have been to Century Inn multiple times but never stayed in the King Suite. It was absolutely gorgeous. Clean and very spacious. Everything was renovated and comfortable. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the staff accommodated my requests for dietary requirements in my fridge. The staff were friendly.

Rooms need more spare pillows. There is only two on the bed and 1 spare. The gym needs actual weights and if there is a concern about theft maybe have them kept at reception and have guests sign them in and out.

I love staying at this hotel. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The place is modern and comfortable. Location is great for what I come up to Morwell and Traralgon for.

The overall cleanliness of the room is great. The beds are super comfortable and the bathroom is always very clean. I don't like that they don't put low fat milk in the fridge even though it is requested. The couch was disgustingly stained and needs a thorough clean. The end of bed runners are stained with suspicious stains which is disgusting. Please spend the money to have steam cleaners clean your couches and have your linen washed (bed runners). Also, I was missing pillows this time, please have your staff check this before the guest arrives. Everything else is sublime. Just a heads up; Bruschetta has chopped basil NOT Coriander. You should advise people of this by way of the menu or better still do NOT put coriander in bruschetta.

The facilities were superb, comfortable, inviting and a great size. All the staff I encountered were lovely. It has a restaurant and room service is an option which is so appealing when you work FIFO. Highly recommend and will and have done so to my colleagues.

My only comment was the food served on the 2 occasions I ordered room service. The menu has a great selection but unfortunately, the salmon was dry and my steak was tough. This may have just been unfortunate for me, however for the price and, after a long day travelling and at work, you look forward to a meal being cooked for you and delivered. I did notify reception and was informed management would review and be in touch with regards to a refund of the meals. This never eventuated and I never heard from the management which is a disappointment. It doesn't put me off choosing Century Inn in the future, but I do believe in good customer service, open disclosure and feedback.

The staff were excellent, quick and easy check in and check out process, very convenient parking and I liked the system for how to access the building after hours, it was convenient and yet still secure.

The place needs a renovation, there were buckets under the ceiling in the hallway to catch water from leaks. There was no issues with leaks in the room and the room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable, but I did feel it was about $20-30 over priced. However, given the alternatives in town I was very happy with my choice and will stay there again next time I am in Traralgon.

The room was spacious. Bed very comfortable. It was a shame that in a spacious double room, there was only one comfortable chair - so one of us was reduced to watching TV on the bed or sitting on a straight office chair. This is not the only motel which has not thought this through - two people, two comfortable chairs! Nice to have shower caps and small cakes of soap, rather than just the dispensers. Restaurant very pleasant - food good, breakfasts very nice but very big...

It was my 2nd time around, as always I expect the room is very good and clean. The front desk is easy to talk and they will respond you immediately if you have concern. Very helpful, very cleany, very kind and very demure. The best hotel Ive ever stay in Traralgon. And I'll keep coming back again next time here.

Just the shampoo and conditioner sometimes it's hard to press, and put extra napkin or toiletries. Thanks.

I was travelling for business and was recommended Century Inn by a local. I was given a room upgrade on arrival, which was lovely. The room was very large and comfortable. The location was just out of Morwell and Traralgon, but this wasn't an issue. The bed was comfortable, and other than the spa bath being out of action, I had no complaints.

I was so comfortable here and the guy who checked us in was super efficient and friendly. The bed was awesome. The shower hot. Room service was of no charge and the meal plentiful and yummy. Loved our room being right at the end of the building and car parking couldn’t have been easier. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

The rooms are very comfy and the restaurant is great. It is a bonus not to have to go out for meals on a winters night. The food is very very nice. The century Inn is very convenient for early appointments at Latrobe Regional Health.
