Location was great, as I had arranged to have dinner at the Hotel around the corner with some friends how live in Moe. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The wifi was not used and Zoe at the front desk was very helpful on our departure.

The shower floor was slippery. On our arrival the front desk was not attended (3:30pm) and it was the first time I was required to use the contactless 24 hour checkin, but I finally got it right.

After initially having an issue with the automatic after-hours check in machine [which was sorted by a phone call to the manager] I believe that this concept is a good idea as you don't have to rush to meet regular check-in hours. Fairly large floor space with separate table and chairs provided. Had all the basis provisions found in most motels.

In this unit it was near impossible to draw the drapes full closed which allowed a narrow opening to remain. This then didn't provide full privacy at the back of the unit. It was difficult to get the shower set to a usable temperature as control was not a mixer tap. Overall the unit was a little dated and in some respects tired but still serviceable for short period stays.

The self check in and check out system was awesome. Location is good as its just across the train station and surrounded by shops. Room size and beds are quite comfortable. Electric blanket was a great help during the freezing nights.

The split unit AC/Heater was old and not efficient, it was near zero cold night and no help from the heater. The second room toilet was dirty and bit rundown, no bar fridge, no microwave, coffee/tea maker.

Location is good

No one at all around at front desk, was always closed. I had trouble with the TV not connecting to streaming services, WiFi wouldn't connect. Left msg for assistance, no one responded. Wasn't told about the $100 deposit that you don't get back when you check out. Quick to take your money but not quick to give it back. Disappointed in this. Room was good size, shower was magnificent. Shame about the little thing though

The ability to check in and out after/before hours its great (we arrived after 11 pm and left by 5:30 am en route to an early medical appointment in Melbourne). The price is on the lower end of the scale and our room appeared to have been renovated fairly recently. The ensuite was particularly good, the only drawback being nowhere to put your own soap, if not using the supplied pump packs.

We didn't find anything.

We had a last-minute booking, so I'm not sure if we got a room upgrade, but the property certainly exceeded our expectations: the room and attached bathroom were clean, very spacious and comfortable, and had all basic amenities. The property has self-check in, and the process is hassle free. They do charge a $100 deposit when checking in (I think you can avoid this if you use a credit card instead of debit card), however the deposit was refunded within a few days.

Nothing to complain about!

The motel was centrally located which was a bonus, as we could walk to the shopping centre. We ate at the Hotel just around the corner from the Motel which was very convenient! The receptionist was most welcoming, friendly and helpful. A pleasant start to our stay.

The heater wasn’t working, and despite having a substitute heater brought in, it still wasn’t adequate to warm our room. In winter, we needed reliable heating! Also the lighting was very dull, which made it difficult to read.

The room clean and spacious, had a big fridge and TV and all that you needed.

The room wasn’t near our parking and we couldn’t see our car. And there was no one in the reception when we arrived as they have a checkin machine to receive your key.

The room was clean with plenty of space and shelving for our luggage. It was warm and comfortable and we didn't even have to turn on the heater. Excellent shower and toiletries. Prime location, just around the corner from a bistro.

Mattress was a little soft for me.

Lovely spacious room and well set out.The bbq was lovely and clean too.

The shower trickled all the time and we couldn’t turn the tap off hard enough. We think it needs a new washer, it’s wasting so much water.
