Great location . Very clean well maintained room . We had a very comfortable rest despite a noisy neighbour which the manager did speak to to reduce noise but unfortunately they weren’t very compliant . People should respect other guests specially late at night 11-12pm and loud talking /laughing is not acceptable !! Not the motels fault but the inconsiderate guests !! Pool clean and enjoyable to use . Staff are the best so welcoming and friendly . The owners are so lovely ☺️ I would happily stay here again on my trip to the sapphire coast . This stop breaks up the long drive .

I liked the fact that the owner waited for me as I was a late check-in. I checked in at 9pm. The room was very clean and I absolutely loved how I could walk out the back onto the patio and go straight to the pool. The high speed WiFi was amazing too and that's something they pride themselves on. The bathroom is immaculate. Looks like it had been recently renovated. Only 3 minutes from my work location too so that was a bonus.

I'm not a fan of the cost for a room that only has a mini fridge and a microwave as facilities. Other than that there is nothing to complain about

The property is dated and would benefit from some modernisation of bedrooms. But the rooms are functional and equipped with kettle and toaster. The owner/manager is pleasant and helpful. The property benefits from a well equipped kitchen and laundry room. At the centre of the property are delightful gardens and a swimming pool.

The room was poorly equipped with cutlery and crockery to allow you to prepare and eat food that had been cooked on the BBQ. All that was in the room was a cup, saucer and teaspoon. Frustrating!

I arrived just before the office closed for the night and left before dawn the next morning but I had the best and longest sleep I'd had in months. I guess that was partly because I was pretty tired but the bed played a bigger part for sure. Often the doonas are wayyy too heavy but the one on my bed was absolutely the PERFECT weight. Seemed as light as a feather but enough to keep me warm on a very cold night. Oh, I did turn on the heating a bit so it played a part as well but that doona was definitely the highlight. Lastly but also importantly, the owner/manager was lovely and welcoming.

Comfortable beds, modernised bathroom, helpful staff, WiFi worked well. I would definitely book this place again for an overnight stop on the road. It was a bargain and the bed was very comfortable. They have modernised the things that needed changing. the bathroom has clearly been refitted, there was a modem in the room, the electric sockets were all new, electrical appliances looked new. Walls plastered so it felt cosier than your average brick-walled motel and no gap under the door either 😁.

Small room. Place obviously done up on a budget - absolutely fine for us and as I say the things that matter have been redone but don't expect a swanky place and it has a retro vibe still.

Location was just off the highway but very quiet in the motel. Not far out of Sale township with a car. A lovely looking swimming pool and plenty of grass area for big groups to enjoy

It was strange as a toaster and microwave provided but no plates, bowls and cutlery. Found some down at the kitchen room if wanting to cook at evening meals.

The owners were nice, the price was really good. Has all the basic facilities you need. They had a washing machine and dryer, which is handy. Has a nice courtyard area with a pool, which you can access from your room. Bathrooms are renovated, and the towels and blankets are soft

It is a regular cheap hotel room, there was nothing overly offensive or anything to really hate about it. It was a nice stay

Located just outside Sale. Good destination to explore Sale by car. Also good location to explore surrounding areas. The room was quite, comfy beds and pillows, microwave, toaster & kettle functioned well. Excellent hot water and water pressure in well renovated bathroom . Great place for a couple of nights while exploring Gippsland, Ninety mile beaches and the high country.

Not walking distance to shops but parking in town was plenty and so we could easily drive to shops.

Good value for money. Older style building but the bathroom has been refurbished and is very modern. Most rooms look onto a central garden with the swimming pool.

Not in Sale itself. We had a car so that was not an issue, but if you don't have a car this would be a problem because there's nothing in the area

On the outskirts of Sale. An older style motel but very well maintained. My room was newly carpeted, comfortable beds, nice decor and renovated bathroom with lovely double rain shower. Water very hot. Large window opened onto grassed area with pool. Very quiet

Microwave provided but no plates or cutlery which not cause me an issue.
