Everyone loves staying here when working in the area, staff are always friendly and very accommodating to our late check in and sudden changes of needing extra rooms. They go above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable whilst staying.

Excellent size of the room, very generous with a double bed and single bed. Facilities are superb for the money with a full size fridge rather than a small mini bar, microwave, toaster, tea and coffee facilities. You also get small packets of chips, UHT milk and bottled water included. Nice. Aircon works well and cools the room even on very hot days. Good bathroom with very good hot water and shower pressure. Service from reception is excellent and available 24/7. The upstairs room in the second building is very quiet and the whole complex is offset from the main highway. It is probably the quietest motel in Sale, especially for a Friday and Saturday night. Well done.

The buildings do not look great on first impressions, but go inside and the rooms are excellent.

Excellent check in experience, same as last time I stayed here. Their customer service is second to none in the Sale area. The motel is offset from the rather busy road and, while you will still hear trucks during the night, you won't find a quieter motel near the Sale town centre. The rooms are large and well equipped with everything you need. You can hear people talking in the next room if you really listen carefully but the soundproofing is still better than most. Unlike last stay, this time the hotel was fully booked. House keeping services, like the reception service, is outstanding and they will give you ample toilet paper and a box of tissues on request, same for extra English breakfast tea. A full size fridge in a motel? There are some five star well known hotel brands that don't achieve these standards.

Stairs to the second level of Building 2 look like a death trap. The outside of the hotel looks rather dilapidated but don't be fooled by this - the rooms are excellent,

I stayed two nights with my daughter and our dog. The room was a good size, very clean and well appointed with full sized fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, plates, cups, cutlery etc. The shower was magnificent with excellent water pressure, virtually instant hot water and a shower head that is a perfect size with adjustable angle and height. The bed was very comfortable and there was a range of pillow options to choose from which was very much appreciated. The host and owner, Craig, was super friendly, helpful and very responsive. He advised that the hotel has been partially renovated, with more to go. Although situated off a Main Street through Sale, it was very quiet. There is a large mown grass common area out the back which is great for the kids to run around or to walk the dog on lead. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The location was on the main road but the area was so large it was well away from the road so very quiet. The room and its facilities had everything we needed - a full sized fridge, crochery, cutlery, glasses and mugs. We are travelling with our little dog, so we really liked the big grassed area out the back door. The room was big with a table, chairs and easy chair. The bed was really comfortable with excellent pillows. The bathroom was clean with good and modern fittings - even toothpicks and cotton buds supplied. Staff member Miles was really friendly and communication was great.

We were concerned that the room was carpeted but luckily there were no accidents. The door's fly screen was broken and curtains a bit old and ragged. The room felt as if it was being refurbished but not quite finished and it was difficult to wash up in the bathroom sink. There was a hair dryer but it was not attached and had little power to dry hair.

We had a great overnight stay at the Reserve Hotel as a stop-over on a long motorbike ride. It’s easy to find as you come into town, and the friendly manager welcomed us on our arrival and explained all the improvements that are in process for this lovely motel. The rooms are big and clean with comfortable beds, an updated bathroom and a well equipped kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and pod coffee machine. Lots of thoughtful touches and complimentary inclusions! Excellent value for money, we would absolutely stay here again!

The staff was very personable and friendly, especially considering we checked in after 10pm. The extra amenities were so thoughtful. A little extra goes a long way. Plenty of cups, bowls etc. Loved the coffee machine. Extremely grateful for the complimentary cold water, chips and noodles. The extra touches of the foot stool, bandaids and other bathroom products were such a personal touch. The room smelt so fresh and floral. The room was sparkling clean. Exactly what I needed after a huge drive.

Great guy that manages the business. He made sure we were comfortable as we arrived around 10.30pm. Room was recently renovated and very clean. Lots of extras that you don't get in 5star experiences. I have noticed the building was getting run down, the reason never stayed before. Now it is being reorganised and fully renovated. Best deal is to

TV and internet were very fiddly. I just used my own tech devices and mobile internet. wnich worked out well. Im sure the Manager could have sorted it but he is a busy guy.

Great place to stay and have enjoyed the last few stays here. We work regularly in the area and like to stay at places that work for our schedule, the reserve staff are very friendly, helpful and support us with late nigh check ins with lights and heaters on in the cold weather. Rooms are always neat and tidy, and if we need to find anything local they are quickly able to point us in the right direction. Especially the extra help provided to our apprentice when he was very late for check in.

Self contained, nice outlook at the back of the property. Complimentary water, crisps and biscuits. Comfortable bed and when I asked for a lower pillow I was given a new pillow taken out of its sealed bag, a new pillow protector was applied and new pillow slip.

Still under renovations so everything not quite completed. I did find a couple of caterpillar type bugs in the room but they may have previously come in when the sliding doors had been open. I did tell reception and shared video with them.
