This was one of the best overnight stays in an apartment that I've experienced in a very long time. The reception staff were absolutely AMAZING!!!! Very welcoming, professional and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even gave us a free upgrade which was not at all expected. The apartment itself was outstanding, very fresh and clean with everything you could possibly need and want . It even had a washing machine and dryer so I was able to complete my 7 days of washing which was fabulous. The location was excellent being very close at many eateries, shops and bars. We will definitely be staying at Quest Sale on our next visit. We will highly recommend this hotel to all our family and friends.

absolutely NOTHING!!!! A perfect night stay.

Location was great, we supplied our own food. was great to have heating to warm us Queenslanders up, was easy to park, and go where we needed to go.

On arrival, there was no tea towel or dishwashing liquid. The wash basin in the ensuite leaked, water was in the cupboard below, spoiling what was in there. I reported it, and it was fixed that day. The next morning, there was still leakage, though a lot smaller. I reported the issue to the staff, who were going to have it fixed.

Clean rooms and good space inside. Ideal for a family. Location is very good.

Was mentioned as a place you could charge your EV but this turned out not to be the case. Need to fix the plug share link. Was directed to charging down at the port area but that machine was broken. I wouldn't charge for a filter coffee bag when the room costs over 400 a night. No body soap in the main bathroom.

This was a return visit. Wouldn't stay anywhere else while visiting Sale. The beautiful girls at the front desk were the window into our stay, nothing was too hard and they made us feel most welcome.

Our first room had an adjoining door with noisy neighbours. The room is really only suitable for a family sharing both rooms there being no soundproof between the internal doors. Being relocated was easy and fixed everything. Again the girls at the front worked their magic. Thankyou 😊

Upgraded room, very comfortable. Quiet location, supermarket opposite. Good quality furnishings. Table and chairs for meals, good couch plus armchair. Bed side lamps suitable for reading a plus. Walking distance to lake, gardens, gallery & port.

No microwave dishes. Would have liked a second blanket.

Loved the size of the appartment great for a family . Was clean and tidy . First impressions thought it smelt of smoke when we first walked in . Very comfy beds everything you needed in the place . Was a great location park and town centre near by and plenty of restaurants to eat . Would definitely come back maybe with another family to share the cost of the room .

Have to say not a fan of electric cook tops . Found it extremely hard to work out. Also the tap over the bath didn’t work so had to fill up the bath with the shower . One of the main lights were out . Not big problems just little ones that made it annoying

I had a great stay at Quest Hotel for one night. The receptionist was incredibly nice and flexible, allowing me to check in early, which made my day much easier. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a hassle-free and pleasant experience.

Very convenient having two apartments (ours and our friends) next to each other with shared foyer. Plenty of parking. Close to Port of Sale, hotels, IGA. Heating (reverse cycle aircon) very efficient

I think $4 for a sachet of plunger coffee too much. Would have liked those to be free. Kitchen needed a few containers, but otherwise OK.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with local knowledge. Great sized room, excellent bedding and bathroom. Loved the drier. Very well located to the town centre. Great pool.
