Comfortable and the restaurant was excellent.
Room was prepaid but reception insisted on a security deposit…..3 different credit /debit cards were refused…..to prove a point I used all three successfully in the bar and restaurant. I have stayed here multiple times so my details were on file but the attitude and inefficiency of the reception staff still demanding a security deposit when they were incapable of operating a pos machine correctly will ensure that i will not recommend this hotel too family or business partners.

Super comfortable and relaxing space located centrally in Sale. Convenient access via lift or stairs. The bed was cosy the split system kept the chill of winter at bay. The room had all the expected amenities tea coffee kettle milk and basic toiletries. The wall paper had a cool stamps pattern and I found the overall look of the room to be very pleasing. Upon arrival I was assisted in making a booking for the restaurant downstairs which was just what I needed after a long day of travel. Had a delicious meal of wagyu beef curry that tasted just like the Sri Lankan food from my Aunty's side of the family. Bravo kitchen team! The staff throughout the complex were all absolutely lovely. Can tell that they care about what they are doing.
If I'm being really picky at a stretch it could do with a deep clean windows, showerhead and grout ,behind the sink etc. Also the room has some wear and tear loose toilet roll holder, scratches on wallpaper, bathroom door is a bit tight in the door jam.

The room was good value for money. The food was of a really great quality however I wouldn't have probably eaten there unless there was a "night" on. The night I stayed it was "steak night" and it was good quality however if it hadn't been for that the food in general seemed quite expensive. Other than that my experience there was great I was really impressed with the service the room (and the value of it) and the quality of the food. Will definitely come back
As above.

Rex was the highlight, probably the best host I have come across in my 25+ years of travelling the globe, nothing was too much to ask for, he being one of the owners of the place was humble enough to help us with our luggage and every other need we asked for.
The housekeeping could have been better, we didn't pay rates for a 5 star hotel so we shouldn't be disappointed, however the toilet bowl was very dirty from the edges, not visible but could have had a bit more attention. We stayed 6 nights and the room wasn't vacuumed once. It could have been a 7/10 based on the housekeeping, but Rex's hospitality was 12/10 so they get that 9/10 rating overall.

Location is within walking distance to town centre. Bed are comfortable with basic amenities provided. They even have paid minibar. Plenty of parking space too. Two electric vehicle charger is on site.
Only one of the ev charger is operasional. The cable of the charger is so short that I need to position my car in a way so the cable can reach the charging port. Room is on the smaller side. With the window up high.

Reception staff were friendly and efficient. With the bedrooms all upstairs I was pleased that a lift was available with an exit almost directly out to the carpark area so it is easy to bring your luggage in. My room was not large but it was cheerful, clean and comfortable with a good bed and pillows. Mini bar was well stocked with local wines and beer. Great dinner menu available downstairs including seafood and curries.
I couldn't get the coffee machine to work so would have appreciated some instructions.

Staff were super, super lovely! Room service an absolute game changer but that Sticky Date Pudding - it was to die for!!!!! Decor was gorgeous - loved that they incorporated the timeless features with their recent renovations to complement the age of the building!
Nothing! Couldn’t fault a thing! The bed wasn’t to my liking but hubby was super comfy!

Room had an amazing atmosphere and a very comfy bed. Loved this place, will definitely be staying here again.
When I was cleaning up my stuff and was checking to make sure I didn't leave anything, I did notice some rubbish around that wasn't mine - i.e. a soft drink bottle under the bed, a tissue under the ottoman. Wasn't that bad tho

My single room was clean and comfortable and having a restaurant and bar on site is appreciated. Spacious parking close to the hotel’s entrance is a plus especially in inclement weather.
Unfortunately my friend’s room (Room 6) was damp and had an unpleasant smell. She regrets not asking to be assigned another room because the smell did not dissipate. The uncomfortable room contributed to a sleepless night.

The location was good as it was easy to find and parking was off street. Shops and cafes were in close proximity. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was easy accessible from accommodation, the food was very good and staff were lovely.
The bathroom was a little cramped.
