Comfy beds. Lots of space in the room

Not enough sockets near the beds. Found one that was next to over bed reading light but was impossible to use with uk plug adapter as there wasn't enough room. Not keen on only one sink in the room. Looked like a bathroom sink in kitchen area. No separate sink in actual bathroom. Had hoped to use the pool but it had lots of leaves and dirt in. Website said we would be able to buy breakfast there but when we contacted staff this was not possible. They suggested we try local cafe but when we arrived it was only doing take away drinks from a hatch and no food.

Maffra Motor Inn was a comfortable stopover for a visit to Maffra. As it was very hot, we found the air conditioning was excellent. Our beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the extra pillows supplied in the room. As a couple we quite liked that the vanity basin was outside the bathroom. It meant one could be having a shower or using the toilet while the other could be cleaning teeth or doing make-up. The location is good being close to town where there were a variety of food options available and a Woolworths supermarket.

The location was really convenient for my purposes. And the ease of access into the room was really good, with key code access. Bed was comfy. And it was nice to curl up with the complimentary Netflix after a long day of working.

It would be great to have a couple of plates or bowls in the room. There was a microwave but I couldn’t eat my food as I didn’t have a plate. Also the lighting above the mirror by the bathroom is not conducive to putting on makeup. So just a little room for improvement. But otherwise it was great

The location was very good for our field work purposes. Easy access to main roads & nearby shops. Rooms were clean & comfortable. The beds comfortable too. There was a huge storm during our stay and there were no problems & felt safe in the premises. We needed assistance with our vehicle on the final day of our stay and the mechanic's garage, recommended by the Motel staff, was in the same street. The mechanic fixed our issue straight away and got us back on the road. Fabulous service all round!! Will definitely stay here again.

Just a personal preference but I wasn't a fan of the skylight in the room. It let in sunlight a bit too early for my liking. It is possible they are not in every room. Still happy to come back for future stays.

VERY comfortable bed, Shower had great pressure, there was a remote control access panel that you get a message about before you arrive, so everything is all sorted before you get there. You know your room number, where to park, how to get it... super easy... and then a very comfortable room. Would recommend.

Easiest check in process - received email with pin for the room to use during our stay which meant we could come and go and didn’t have to worry about a key.

There were some noisy guests that kept a friend of mine awake (also staying at property) but nothing else

The room was large, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Staff were very friendly, honest and helpful. We left a tablet in the room which was handed in by the cleaner and the manager phoned us promptly to arrange a pickup.

The TV light was bright even wen it was turned off. Used a towel to cover it. Everything was great

I HAVE STAYED A NUMBER OF TIMES AT THIS MOTEL AND ALTHOUGH THE BUILDING IS DATED THE ROOMS ARE SPOTLESSLY CLEAN,THE LOCATION IS A CLOSE WALK TO EVERYWHERE AND THE STAFF ARE SO LOVELY. I WILL BOOK AGAIN WHEN IN THE AREA.

THE ROOMS ARE NOT AS SOUND PROOF AS I WOULD LIKE. THE NUMBER OF SMOKERS CONGREGATING OUTSIDE ROOMS CAN BE NOISY. i WOULD LOVE TO HAVE MATTRESS TOPPER ON THE BED AS WHILE IT WAS OKAY IT COULD BE MADE MORE COMFORTABLE

- perfect location, really close to the event we were attended at Mewburn Park Homestead - short walk or drive to Main Street, cafes, take away food - everything we needed for a one night stay - super comfortable bed - amazing hot water and shower pressure - split system heated the room perfectly - smart tv with Netflix - staff were amazing, super friendly and more than happy to accomodate us and help in any way they could - was able to organise a portacot on arrival (as I forgot to pre organise when booking!) - included an iron and iron board in the room - cupboard to hang clothing (perfect for anything you don’t want to fold or have in your suitcase)

David was very easy to communicate with and as a result our check in was quick and seamless. The bedding was superb and the rooms were very well appointed. The recommendation to dine at Maffco was the icing on the cake (just a 5 minute walk away)
