It was clean!!!

If I had to be picky it would be the confusion of when to turn (from GPS) which we noticed from other people trying to get to your parking lot. Also the strong chlorine smell from the indoor pool was overwhelming before even entering the facility. My sister and I started smelling “natural gas?/chlorine “ a solid 30 feet before going in. We couldn’t decipher what the smell was.

Friendly Staff , hotel looked like it was being renovated , our room reflected that. Hot breakfast was really good . No issues during our one day stay . It's a small town so it was Close to restaurants and stores , very convenient.

Continue with the renovations , the hallway carpeting looked out dated and in need of some cleaning .

Very friendly staff, especially the manager. We arrived early and our room wasn't quite ready yet. She did call the person cleaning our floor to see how much longer it would be. We only had to wait 20 minutes for her to finish it up.

My only complaint would be how small the breakfast area was. All rooms were sold out during our stay so it was really busy and very crowded with nowhere to sit. Many guests ended up going back up to their rooms to eat and then had to come back down to get additional items.

The breakfast was great! More options than we expected. The front desk staff went above and beyond. My granddaughter left her tablet in the room when we checked out. The staff found the tablet and had it when I called the next day.

It all Was wonderful

The only thing is on Monday we had to call.fornt desk when we needed a tash bag couse they never tuck out the trash that morning and never brought us more towels

Day Staff was friendly.

Simple decent room. Smaller pool but works. Breakfast was good. NoA few small issues but overall fine for our 2 night stay.

The rooms was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast looked good even though my daughter and I never had it. Over all it was a good place and have stayed here many times. 😌

I was very impressed with how quiet the room was. Absolutely no door slamming like I am accustomed to in most hotels.

Only suggestion is to improve the lighting around the desk and near the mirror in entryway. This will allow one to use the mirror while other guests are in the bathroom. Surprisingly dark in the room.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I sometimes have trouble sleeping away from home, but the beds here were great- not too firm and not too soft. The pillows in the room even had an assortment of firmness to help you be as comfortable as possible. The breakfast selections were great too!

Very friendly and accommodated our family by putting us in rooms right by each other even though we made separate reservations as we were there for a funeral in Blissfield.
