This was an awesome stay. Plenty of places to eat to choose from near-by. Everything was clean and the staff was exceptional. Heidi and Brittany were very accommodating They were so friendly and helpful and sweet to our son. Making his birthday more special and us as comfortable as possible which really made a difference as a family traveling. Definitely a great stay and would/have stay again.

The entrance sign just needed to be a big bigger. It's a little busy in the area and burger King or speedway looks like the entrance when it's on the side

I was on my way to Pennsylvania from Chicago and was looking for overnight accommodations that didn't charge an arm and a leg for pets. As I travel with two dogs. The days of no charges for dogs are over so I appreciated the reasonable fee of 10 per dog. For the one night. The staff was exceptionally nice and all in all I thought the accommodations were very comfortable. In spacious. The property is a little worn but for the rate I thought it was a great buy. Would definitely stay there again

Little things that really didn't concern me too much. The rack over the toilet that held the towels was coming down. A little wear to the paint. But again for the price I thought it was a good value. Check and process with simple (I wish I could say the same for the very pricey La Quinta wear. I stayed last night) and always appreciate coffee throughout the day.

Comfortable bed, lots of vanity space around the bathroom sink, large desk with a chair plus another chair in the room which is convenient for two people. Easy parking. The staff was great—both Elaine and Kelly were super helpful.

Low water pressure in the shower. Dirty carpet in the room and hallways. This hotel is quite dated but it was good for one night with a reasonable price, good location and the pluses mentioned above.

Staff was amazing and so very patient (beyond belief) when working with some very demanding Visitors. We were there for the big Monroe dog shows, and even though I booked very early, because I didn’t arrive until mid evening, I didn’t really expect a first floor room. However, they had reserved a room right off the lobby and on the first floor. So grateful as I had two dogs and dog crates, etc. the breakfast was really scanty, but I didn’t need to eat. Plenty of good restaurants and fast food offerings, as well as a LIVEKY HUGE dog exercise area See you next year!!!

I could gripe about paying a pet fee but it was pretty reasonable ($10 per pet per day). I wish there were more condiments for the coffee.

It is a dog friendly place, but still very clean. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating to our special needs!! It has washers and dryers available. Customer service is beyond expectations!!

It is a dated , but very clean! Some improvements have been made and I am sure more will come with time. Breakfast was exactly as expected for the price: cereal, oatmeal, juice, coffee/tea, packaged donuts and fresh fruit.

When I checked in the girl at the desk Brittany was very very friendly and every time I went out the door and came back in she always had a smile and always said hello. I appreciated the water in the room.

the bathtub plug didn't work. I said something about the phone not working to the manager and it was never fixed

The location was quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were super clean as was the hallway and the lobby. The staff was efficient and very friendly. I would recommend this Motel and I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast did not have much. It could have had maybe a few more items to choose from.

The staff was attentive. The location is Right uptown near all of the restaurants in town. It was the best price in town.

I could not find a single King room available. The bathrooms are small. The door almost hits the toilet seat when you open it.
