Staff friendly. Layla at the front desk was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Shower in bathroom showed its age a little but otherwise was very clean. Plenty of hot water. Nice to have small fridge in the room. Very pleasantly surprised to see a Keurig coffee maker in room. Very nice touch.

Breakfast was okay, but not spectacular. The sausages were nice and fresh and obviously not leftovers from previous days. The plain omelet was good but would have liked to see cheese in it too. Not much fresh fruit to choose from. Despite all that, it was good.

The check in Saturday afternoon was wonderful, I smelled bleach and freshness! Front desk clerk was so polite and helpful. My roo. Was really pretty an clean. 1 complaint that was fixed asap the heat went off an stayed off night clerk gave a polite customer service attitude and I love that! She gave us an extra blanket too!! The breakfast was great with a couple choices or 3 for meats and the sides went well. 10/10 I'd book this location again! Noose level 1-2 upstairs walkers lol

Excellent location right off of the interstate but not so close as to be noisy. Plenty of convenient parking. Tasty breakfast with lots of variety and plenty of protein.

Common area floors could have been cleaner (room was spotless though). Had to maintenance issues with the room - mgmt appreciated my reporting. Not within walking distance of food.

Location was good.

I booked a family suite. The booking said a king bed and two queen beds. No king bed we had to settle for a pull out couch & 2 queen beds. As the property said they didn't have room for that booking. I have contacted booking.com to let them know that I paid for a family suite and got a downgrade. Still waiting on the status. I will say the hotel is clean, the pool is not in fact heated. The pool is quite cold!!! It is however well maintained. Also I tried to message the hotel weeks in advance about my room and never got a response back! Which is a disappointment.

I like the courtesy of the staff, the breakfast was good the beds are extremely comfortable.

The fact that my spa tub did not work room 320 and that I had to be moved the next day to 220 room for the spa tub to work. The discount and inconvenience was not much compensation. Also the rugs in both floors were dirty

I liked how spacious and comfortable the room was. It was very clean and I liked the higher end shower and hygine products in the bathroom. I also like the location of this hotel, near the freeway and also by some fun attractions like Sterling State Park and The Sports Garden putt putt and batting cages.

The only thing that I didn't love was the elevator felt a little sketchy, but I used it my entire stay and it was fine.

Very clean staff was great. Had an issue with a smoke smell called front desk and she got it taken care of immediately. Great service.

The parking was terrible it’s fishing season and lots of trucks and trailers

Beds were comfortable & breakfast was very good, nice variety and everything was fresh & hot

All rooms were marked non-smoking but room and hallway had distinct smoke smell, which was a bit off-putting

The breakfast was excellent and well prepared by cooks. The most selection I have ever seen. Had our 4 grandchildren and was able to give each one what they wanted or liked.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

We had a beautiful pool to swim in and a beautiful hotel room

We struggled to check in to the hotel because they couldn’t find the records for our reservation
