I stay at a lot of hotels. I was attending a local concert and I do not like staying in budget style hotels. I don’t mind paying extra money if the hotel is excellent. This hotel stood out in every possible way. The air conditioning worked perfect kept the room nice and cold. The bed was extremely nice and cozy. Everything was clean and well laid out. I also really enjoy using the pool and hot tub. I used both at this property and they were equally refreshing. I definitely will be staying at this particular location again.

When I arrived they said I had put down a reservation for 2 which I didn’t I entered 3 on booking I should have knew not to use a 3rd party because they couldn’t do anything to help. I had to pay for a roll away bed $20 extra per night.

They didn’t have the king room I had reserved but charged me the same for a double queen room that my sister paid $200 less for the same room across the hall , when I asked them about the different charge they said it was because I had used Booking.com so that was there fee & nothing the hotel could do about it.

Check-in staff was VERY busy Friday at 4, but remained very attentive to request for close rooms due to elderly family member. They were certainly accomodating to the huge group of fishing tournement guests, we were not those guests, but i could see the challenging time the staff had, and they always aimed to accomodate. Beds comfy, breakfast yummy.

We got put in "jacuzzi" suites, those are not a necessity, and made the room louder and not very cozy, but we didn't spend much time in our room.

The breakfast was great, especially having hot oatmeal. Everything was so neat & clean. Also liked the blinds on the window rather than the usual window treatments found in other motels. I will always stay at this motel on my next trip to SE Michigan.

Everything was really nice. A bit pricy compared to other motels but the room & other facilities were superb.

The room was very nice. It was new, clean and modern. Everything was nice and clean. The breakfast was very good. The choices were many. Very happy with our stay.

The only thing I would say is that the fitted sheets didn't want to stay on very well.

The cleanliness and the staff.

The breakfast. Should have more to choose from, serve something different the next day. The bed wasn't that comfortable and the pillows way too soft. And the fact they whole $98 and it takes days for the bank to release.

Breakfast was hot and delicious and the servers were very friendly and accomodating.

The only issue I had was that the bottom sheet kept coming off from the corner. Maybe a better fitting sheet.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfy, and the complimentary breakfast was good.

The indoor pool was overwhelming with the smell of chlorine. The pool room felt like a sauna with poor ventilation. The chlorine made our eyes start burning after 30 seconds of walking into the pool room. We decided not to use the pool.

Front desk staff was great, the beds were so comfy, and pool area was nice & clean. I liked that the bathroom was stocked with Dove shampoo & conditioner, body wash and lotions. Only negative part was the housekeeper was rude to the boys when asking for a trash bag, so WE could clean up our trash from the two rooms we rented.
