Your staff...each shift were superior...Even in the background while they were just with each other..( no business taking place) they were kind to each other....never heard a vulgar word..just good sounds AND TRULY this matters even when people think they dont care.

Out the back door...though it was totally the fault of guests ..their smoking table was just toʻ close to tbe door..It was a little uncomfortable.. HOWEVER...This is not your staffs fault...perhaps management should "manage" this better

So the Hot Tub is actually a Spa so it was nice and relaxing. The price was great, and the breakfast was simple but good. Everything was clean.

The toaster didn’t really toast my bagel, ground floor rooms have veneer curtains and not something with more privacy. The final thing was I’m not sure if every room or just mine specifically but the coffee maker was hooked up in the bathroom and not the main room?

The staff was really friendly towards us. We brought our dog and the staff loved the dog and was very nice to my grandkids also. We ended up getting the room there because my air conditioning went out on those really hot days we had. And I’m glad we did because we had a great day And it was wonderful. They had a great time in the pool.

Convenient, clean outside, clean as you walk in, breakfast area very clean, some of the cleaners do a great job

The shower in 314 needs attention, need something to go on bottom of doors between rooms I use towel. To keep the noise level out as much as possible, its not super bad though, needed to sweep our floor think they forgot too

Excellent location, close to Detroit but in a nice tucked away town. The hotel gave great value for money.

The rooms were not soundproofed at all. We could hear TV from the next room till 2 am, and then starting from 5 am again. This is the only thing not making it an excellent stay for us.

Teri, Kerry, and all the staff have been extremely friendly and accommodating. This is by far the best experience in a hotel that I've had.

There was nothing to dislike

The location was good,, exactly what I wanted somewhere that nobody knew where I was

The pool had little things floating in it. Not sure if it was from the group of kids or it just wasnt getting cleaned

Breakfast is ok, just microwave sandwiches, and some danishes, cold cereal. Other hotel chains have hot breakfast, but their twice the price for the room, so I take that into consideration. The location is ideal, right off 75.

The employees really hit a home run by always greeting me each and every morning. The free breakfast was great.

Friendly staff, good price for the stay, pet friendly, they have good coffee 24/7 and a good continental breakfast

The shower needs attention but that goes with the updating
