I was really surprised to see how nice the hotel was since I always shop around for weeks to make sure I get the cheapest one. Everything was clean there is no garbage laying around all the staff smiled every time they spoke with me. My kids, three of them, ran around like little boys do and no one ever said a negative comment about it at all. The breakfast in the morning was great, waffles, juice, bagels, raisin toast, yogurt, regular toast, sourdough toast haha everything you want and the coffee is 24 hours which is a great big plus for me. The manager, mike, was very nice. I didn't really need anything so I can't comment on how they reacted when I had a problem because I didn't have one. I definitely will go back and I definitely recommend this.

Honestly, the only thing that I did not like was the pool area was too warm. I'm sure that's just me.

Breakfast was good

Having to pay $100.00 pet fee for dog SMOKING NEAR THE BUILDING I had a package that was to be delivered upon arrival, but UPS delayed the package, so I made arrangements with one of the managers that I would send a shipping label to send to my home. Package arrived at the Hotel after I left, so I emailed a shipping label, they said they received it, but it took over 2 weeks to get the package to the Post Office, after speaking with the Hotel Manager, it was finally shipped. As I am writing this ...the Package should arrive today.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was exceptionally clean, with more amenities then listed, fridge worked great and froze a few items overnight. Bed was very comfortable, tub was clean, water was hot and excellent water pressure.

Room was listed as breakfast included, if you are staying at the hotel breakfast is included, mostly heat and eat freezer sandwiches, waffles, cereal and muffins. I little run down, lots of trash surrounding the grounds but the hotel itself exceptionally clean I would recommend!

The room was pleasant and clean. The bed was very comfortable, slept all night. Shower pressure was excellent. The pool was clean. We never did make it to the fitness center. The staff was friendly and helpful. The housekeeper was very hardworking, always constantly cleaning.

Breakfast was sparse, but the waffles and coffee were very good. Parking lot was a bit sketchy around the back, but we parked so we could see from our window, and it was a very quiet night.

Approaching the hotel may be a bit misleading as you have to pass an almost deserted strip mall, but once you are around the corner you see the place This was the best value for money deal in my entire trip in the North East. It has an indoor pool, complimentary breakfast and well appointed rooms. Conveniently located next to the Interstate it is well worth an overnight stop.

The basic overnight function for a stop over was provided. The room was adequate with chairs and table. It was clean and smelt fresh.

Walking up the outer access stairs - smell of urine. Noisy kids as they ran up and down the corridor late at night, not respecting others. Weekends is highly used by families for the pool. Weekdays may be better. One room was very tormented by road noise, the window frame was bent. Room door seals not fitted, thus corridor noise heard No hot cooked food offered for breakfast.

Breena the young lady checking me in on Saturday late afternoon was a delight. A couple walked in right before me so I waited my turn. When she finished with them she apologized more than once for the wait. Which there was no need for her to do. She addressed me as sir the entire time. As someone who has worked in the hospitality industries my entire adult life and seeing a diminished service standard in the industry. It was refreshing to see an employee who conducted themselves very professionally and seems to get what service means. You got a good one in Breena I’d hang onto her if I were you.

I liked the fact that they have hot breakfast and not continental breakfast, I liked the pool area very nice and clean, I liked the cleanliness of the Hotel and the staff was friendly.

There were very noisy neighbors that kept me up one night all night. There was no elevator, so I had to carry my heavy suitcase and bags up the stairs which was very difficult, the location of the Hotel is not so good due to the fact that there is not much around the Hotel as far as restaurants or entertainment.

,Room was very nice and clean. Loved the hardwood floors. Refridgerator spelled like fish but maintenance came right up and sprayed it with something and it smelled fine right after it. Will definately being staying there again. Mike at the front desk was amazing. Very helpful and friendly.

May flies were horrible but that is not the fault of the establishment. Had a wonderful experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

It’s located far enough on the lot to have privacy, but close access to everything we wanted to do. Staff was friendly. The facilities was clean. Although we didn’t swim the pool itself looked Great!

The door by the side was loud and slammed anytime someone opened/closed it. It wasn’t a problem for me, other than I felt bad when going in or out as to not disturb others.
