The room was spacious and had what we needed. The front desk staff was extremely pleasant. Loved the complementary breakfast.

We were disappointed that the pool was not in service, but I do understand. I had recently been broken by another guest so they had to work on it. That was the reason we picked was to swim so we were disappointed, but still decided to stay. We did a couple of things in our room like the bathroom door didn’t lock and even when she would pop open, and there were some dirt spots on the wall and ceiling, which my daughter said looked like snot. And one of the housekeeping staff was not the politest huffing while she had to wait to get on the elevator was a little annoying and not welcoming.

It was actually perfect. I did use the pool and workout room. Which I liked. The price was great, and it was clean. Vending machines had good choices. But the location is great so you have other options for food or other things you might need, if need be. I've stayed here twice, I've got a reservation for a 3rd time. And will continue to stay here.

My room doesn't usually have a bathtub. Only a shower. But that didn't matter to me. I really like it there. But if you're looking for a bathtub. Might want to ask ahead of time. I had a king bed room.

Clean, well appointed and comfortable.

Main curtain had many little holes allowing outside light to filter in. Sink drained, but ever so slowly. Showers very slippery. Needs mat or gripping agent of some kind. Morning attendant at breakfast so annoying. Had to hear absolutely every good thing about the company every bad thing about the company had to hear about when mattresses were being replaced how there was a fire and how they were cuts being made here in order to make things happen there. Had to hear about how she had to teach and train people. Had to hear about how she was annoyed at being called at home when she wasn't on the clock. She was just overall very annoying and really puffed up in her head about how important she is

I lost my ID in one of the rooms. I called the hotel to see if they found my I D. The receptionist Katherine offered to go back into the room even after the housekeeping cleaned it to see if she could find my I.D. Crazy enough, she found my I.D., and she even mailed it to me on her day off. I offered to buy her lunch, but she assisted on just a thank you and a nice review, so thank you, Katherine. I appreciate you..

The woman working the desk was extremely helpful. She helped me find a good place to eat, sprayed my room after i noted the smell of cigarettes (smell went away quickly) and was friendly to me during my stay. She seems like a great asset and an incredible worker.

Quite an odd smell going down the hallways but thats all. And i always do a detailed search.

The Hotel was clean and modern looking, the updated facilities really make the place look more appealing.

I would say that the only concern i really have is the shower in the room. it is clean and everything but the floor in the shower is really slippery and could be a very big problem for guests and the hotel. myself and the person i was traveling with both slipped in the shower, but we managed to catch ourselves before falling.

My room was quiet and comfortable. I was visiting people in Milan, MI therefore the location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be better by including cooked eggs with a daily variety of different hot items.

Television did give me some problems by not switching channels when I tried. This was very annoying.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very spacious. The pool was on the smaller side, but the kids enjoyed it. Surrounding area was comfortable.

While it was great having a king-size bed, the mattress was ROCK hard.

We were staying there for State wars hockey tournament that was taking place near Detroit. This was a nice remote area near a small town. But there is plenty of restaurants and conveniences nearby. The staff was kind and helpful in the room was very nice. Laundromat is right down the street which was very nice I was able to wash my hockey equipment. There was a couple of local restaurants that were nice and good food. There was a dollar store right down the street as well which is nice to pick up snacks or stuff that you needed. There are a couple of gas stations and convenient marts as well as a cvs. So everything was right on the same street as the hotel so it's very convenient. There's a Love's truck stop about a mile away.

We stay every time we visit Milan and have for 7 years!

The manager on duty was not pleasant. We've never experienced this ever before, hoping it was "just a bad day"!
