The hotel was very quiet and it was in a very good area that we felt so safe. Even though they were modeling, our room was very clear and the floor you're on was very clean and comfortable and there was no noise for the remodeling at all. I liked how they had coffee for us all the time and it was really good dark coffee. The television worked well. The bed was comfortable and the pillows too. I love the heat that doesn't blow out of a heater because that heater blowing can dry a person's head right out

The staff was not very friendly but they weren't really unfriendly --they just were like --there. So it really isn't negative it's just that you kind of expect them to be a little friendlier

The breakfast was better in some ways than other hotels I´ve stayed at. There was a variety of things to choose from and I suppose many would consider this more than acceptable. And in many ways I do agree.

1. As to breakfast, I guess my mind goes to hotels in Europe that serve cheeses and lunchmeats and breads of various types. Okay, I´m pampered! A few more options for diabetics or bordeline diabetics (high fat, low carb) would be appreciated. Not just here but in many other hotels in the U.S. 2. The deposit taken or retained at the time of check-in (something I hadn´t experienced in other hotels) took several days to be returned. I felt it took too long.

I like this location. It’s really close to restaurants and the gym. I also like that I was serviced quickly. This area also has a park that is really close that we normally go to but it was raining this time.

I didn’t like how complicated the entryway was. The building is turned sideways and it’s between two other hotels and it is easy to miss. Also, the rooms seemed to be a little outdated, but it was doable for the night that we stayed.

The room is spatious and clean with all the amenities included and well organized. I am surprise that they provided additional body care product for free, and that's more than most of the competitors offers. The location is also very convenient, close to highway, lots of food, groceries and pharmacies within two-three min drive. Very good stay! I've stayed in other Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn and so on, and this is above the expectation.

I was caught in the storm so the trip was delayed for a day, and to be honest, it was very appreciated that they helped me change the check-in date after free cancellation. But when I asked for an updated booking confirmation to help with border crossing, they never send me one. Little thing, hope it can work better. Breakfast can be improved, and don't cook sausage gravy anymore, that was disaster.

Only glitches were disappointed the hot tub had been filled in, and the bathroom sink plug did not stay up to allow for free flowing water to drain properly. It would drain if you physically held up the plug part. Front desk was notified of this issue.

It was good. It had everything we liked. Coffee was good too.

The cheese omelet was a little salty. Scrambled eggs would have been nice. Strawberries would have been nice too.

We only stayed for a layover. Shuttle bus was efficient and convenient.

Coming from Japan where you felt VERY safe bc of needing keycard to go on elevator and to press floor button... it felt weird that pizza was easily delivered to my room. But that isn't hotel problem, that's North America problem

Clean facilities and rooms. Amazing staff.

I wish the bathrooms actually had a proper door but what can we do?

Clean, looks like it has been refreshed in the last few years, breakfast room well designed. Every staff person I met was kind and doing their job. Well done!

Our room seemed to get a lot of cold air thru the window. Luckily, the heater worked well. Water pressure in shower a bit on the weak side.

Saturday the people were very nice at the front desk

The girl at the front desk on Sunday had an attitude. All I did is ask her what time breakfast was you need to put her in the back room she’s not a people person.
