The breakfast was great and the women taking caring of breakfast were amazing. The room was a nice and I liked that there was no carpet.

Housekeeping did not come in our room and clean or make the beds the whole week we were there. They came in left clean towels one day after several complaints to the front desk. During our stay, I ended up cleaning the room myself, taking out my own garbage, and had to go to the front desk to get my own towels except once the whole visit.

Fun things to do in the lobby (pool table, board games, TVs, coffee), nice rooms, great pool, and good location near highway.

Upon check in (which was 3pm), we were told that our room wasn’t ready. Apparently, they were understaffed and completely booked. We didn’t get to check into our room until 5:30pm. We spent 2 hours sitting around. Good thing they had a pool table, so we played that.

The location of this property is amazing! The 24 hour coffee bar is awesome and the pool table in the lobby is so cool! The bed was very comfortable.

Unfortunately this stay the cleanliness of our room was not great. There were flakes from the black out curtain all over the window ledge. We chuckled at this really. The glob of hair next to the bed and the hair left on the shower was unpleasant.

* The room was exceptionally clean! * The staff, especially Jeanne, was friendly, professional and courteous and went out of their way to make us feel at home. * The coffee was very good.

* The room was rather small, with only one chair to sit in. * There was no coffee pot in the room. * The instructional email message I received from Tru was outdated, telling me (Covid) masks were required to be worn in the facility. I had to phone the hotel to confirm the email was wrong.

Location was perfect - minutes from the beach, close to other destinations we planned to go to. Room was clean & comfortable, and LOVED all the hooks for hanging stuff & keeping our things off the floor! Appreciate the eco-friendly amenities in the bathroom. Water bottle refill station & ice were unexpected but so nice to have - saved us from buying bottled waters to refill our water bottles!

Water in the shower wasn’t very powerful, but it worked. Cost was a little more than I’d like.

The lady at the front desk jeanne i belive was her name when we arrived was super friendly and made you feel very welcome, it has a 24/7 snack and drinks you can purchase and free coffee and tea all day. Would definitely recommend to stay here. Beds were comfortable and room was super clean, they have a heated indoor pool and a pool table in the lobby as well. Conveniently located and have quite a few places to eat nearby.

It was OK. I think the eggs are not fresh and looked like they were processed. I think scrabbled would be wise along with multiple meats.

You have to think of the clients in that area ~ fishermen. You have to come up with a way to charge batteries outside. I would recommend a major unit that 20+ boats can plug in on one side of the building. It is a fishing town and that has to be considered especially during tournament seasons.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were impressed with how clean everything was. My husband said he didn’t really love the breakfast that much though. I liked that they had a sheet that said who cleaned the room. Wifi worked great and we liked that they had Netflix etc available if you wanted to watch on your own account. Everything was very clean and we loved the built in bottles of soap/lotion etc. We would definitely stay there again.

Our only complaint was that the room was VERY SMALL. We got a regular King room and it was a lot smaller than we had expected/hoped. It felt a bit claustrophobic. However, since it was just the two of us - it wasn’t that much a of a problem.

The breakfast was fine. The location was good, along I 75. Only complaint I had was with the internet. When trying to log on, I had to go through a Hilton membership with information I wasn’t comfortable giving. Evening staff did not know how to do it. Finally got it to work. Otherwise the room was spotless and a huge TV.

Id arrived about an hour prior to check in. I approached the front desk and it looked liked pure chaos before I said anything the lady said check in is at 4. apparently their system had gone down but she wasn't very welcoming. Also while in the shower when the door shut the glass soap holder thing fell off
