I have problem with down pillow. The lady at the front desk was easy to communicate and very helpful by providing me with a foam pillow. On another day, I expressed that the blanket is not warm enough for me. I was provided with one more blanket prompted. Also, I had a cough and cold during my stay in Vega Suite. When I discussed with the staff, an air purifier was brought to my room and it helps a lot.

I understand that most hotels keep windows locked for security reason. Is it possible to allow a bit of fresh air to ventilate the room when hotel guest have health needs.

The rooms are definitely big by Hong Kong standard, great air conditioning and beautiful seaview albeit to be viewed from in between two buildings (i.e., not unblocked). Housekeeping was on the ball.

The check-in was weird and honestly quite unacceptable - I was actually given a handicapped room when I checked in for ten nights - and I actually didn't notice except that I was hugely puzzled by the super tiny sink and had serious issues with finding space for my toiletries and makeup. So next Mon I was casually talking with my friends about the rooms and I discovered that my room was unique whereas everyone else doesn't have this 'tiny sink' issue. I then went to check with the reception and confirmed that I was given a handicapped room - totally bizarre IMO. I was then presented with the option of changing my room and given a free upgrade to a seaview room, and after which, everything was beautiful.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating-any request was quickly fulfilled. Exits to a huge mall with shopping and lots of good restaurants

The property advertised a pool, claiming it was one of its most popular features and showing a photo of a lovely pool. This was actually untrue- the photo was of the pool at the Crowne plaza next door and while it could be arranged to be used, it was a significant extra charge and inconvenient to walk next door. Due to mobility reasons, a pool ranks highly in our requirements. Very disappointed in this false advertising

Very convenient location, with direct access to shopping malls and MTR stations ( right under the hotel). Lots of smaller shopping center around the hotels too within 1-2 stations for cheaper shopping options.

A bit far from main attractions but we didnt mind that as the transportation is very easy and convenient. And we love the more quiet side of HK too.

Location is good because there are shopping mall and MTR station under the building. You can get all you need basically in the mall.

It is a bit far from city centre because it is in the east side of the city.

Location was where we needed to be. Malls were an advantage for buying supplies for the 12 days we were there. Close to the metro was excellent. Didn't need or use the breakfast facilities (if there were any).

Teaspoons for stirring hot drinks would have been useful. (We went and bought some). Advertising indicated a pool, but this was an extra cost at the Crowne Plaza, which wasn't clear.

This is a great location - out of the way and quiet but also easy to get into the centre of town. Nice restaurants and a bar nearby and everyone out in TKO seems very friendly. Good for getting to St Francis University.

Nothing - all good as far as I am concerned.

The hotel was clean, silent. It is in a shopping mall so it is very easy to find places for dinner or shopping. I was there only one night and left early in the morning so the missing breakfast was not a problem.

nothing in particular. it was fine. the location is not very close to the center and the train station.

Right out of the subway station, with direct access to all the facilities of the shopping mall. Room very clean and neat. Services more than reasonable, quick and efficient.

As a more general appreciation of the industry in HK, pricey for what you got overseas. But fair enough no extras in the room, only what you need, so you know where the few bucks saved are: they didn't do economy into the service at least.

My flight landed to HK 6AM from Canada , and the hotel staff who was very pleasant, allowed me early check in. I will not swap this Hotel with For season at this time :-) Room was comfortable and big and waking distance to MTR and big shopping mall.
