The cost is good. And the price including the breakfast - it's not so good but acceptable. It has the shampoo and body lotion. The bed is good enough.

My colleague feels the room was strange and can feel something. I have no issue with that but still feel a little wired too. Not bad for one night but I don't wanna to stay for a long period.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful, always making sure guests felt comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options. The rooms and common areas were very clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall pleasant experience. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great service, cleanliness, and delicious breakfast—just be prepared for some Wi-Fi issues.

The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was not very reliable. It was slow and disconnected at times. If the hotel improves this, it would be a perfect stay.

I like this hotel, because it is my 4th time in LA and I have chosen again this place to stay. We received twice an upgrade to a suite and we've had a good stay for more than 10 days this year. The room was big and clean, the breakfast was much improved form our previous visit. The location was great for us (30 minutes from the airport with the rented car) and 30-60 minutes to all the attractions in LA area. Free parking was very useful, also the proximity of different stores. And, of course, the price was very good.

There is no safety box in the room, but we did not had any problem with our valuables.

There’s a convenient and safe parking garage for hotel guests. Friendly staff. The room was large. Convenient lighting by the entrance and in the bathroom with motion detector switches. A comfortable clean bed. Clean bathroom with plumbing in good condition. There was a set of bottles of simple quality in the bathroom: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion; a piece of soap. There was a magnifying mirror. There were complimentary water bottles, which they would give you more of at the reception at request. There was a refrigerator and a coffee drip pot. There were microwaves on each floor. Breakfast is served from 6.30 to 10.00. The breakfast photos on the website don't match exactly, but the breakfast was good: french fries, egg patties, turkey patties, chicken nuggets, steamed veggies, ham, bagels, toasts, croissants, waffles, coffee, juices. There were vending machines in the lobby. Nice pool. An 8-minute walk to a shopping plaza.

There were no phone/computer chargers on the bedside tables and the sockets were inconveniently located (behind the bed or far away from it). The Wi-Fi connection was very weak.

Rooms are not the newest but clean and this is all matters. Breakfast was beyond good, didn’t understand the negative comments here at all. There are bakery, waffle, fruits, oatmeal, cornflakes, muffin and sushi(?). Not sure who eats sushi in the morning though. The location is also good. There is plenty of safe parking. The metro line is just around the corner. It is so close but you need a long walk to get to the entrance. So it is further away than it seems.

Windows are not blocking all the noise, so that’s a challenge and the air conditioner works really loud. Coffee is below average. Avoid using metro if you don’t feel comfortable with the homeless. There are hundreds of them everywhere. So the metro is not clean and is not safe at all. But super convenient.

I recently stayed at the LA Crystal Hotel in Los Angeles, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a convenient location, not far from major attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable, though a little dated in terms of decor. The bed was comfy, and I appreciated the spaciousness of the room. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing good service throughout my stay. While the amenities were decent, the hotel could benefit from a few updates. The Wi-Fi worked well, and I had no trouble with hot water or air conditioning. Overall, for the price and the location, I think LA Crystal Hotel offers good value for a short stay. I would definitely consider staying here again for a future visit to Los Angeles.

One downside was that the hotel is located near a busy street, so there was some noise during the night, but nothing too disturbing.

The room is bigger than the picture very spacious love the dark privacy curtains. Nice breakfast was good and fresh if you don’t have California identification and you are out of state you will have to be cleared by head of security no slot machines only cards and poker and roulette tables please consider adding slot machines pool is outside they do offer free parking in a gated facility you will have a parking pass and information on how to get into the gate. Plenty of restaurants and shopping areas near by you can see the expressway and transport trains near by not far from beach areas

Nothing to dislike besides the out of state guest have to show identification before getting clearance to gamble. Any other states allow you to go freely long as you’re over 21 once identification is verified

The LA Crystal Hotel proved to be an excellent choice for accommodation in the greater Los Angeles area. Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and quiet, and it had a modern decor. The included breakfast offered a wide range of hot and cold items; we especially enjoyed the egg rolls. The wifi worked very well. The location of the hotel worked well for us, too, as we used the nearby Artesia Metro Station to travel into Los Angeles for two days of sightseeing. Hotel staff promptly resolved the single issue we had during our stay to our complete satisfaction. Finally, the price was outstanding! We couldn't have been happier with our stay, and we won't hesitate to return.

Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Bed was great. Wonderful shower. The location offered underground safe parking with easy highway access.

The building is a weird division of a hotel and small casino (no slots) that seem to be at odds with each other. There's construction and outdated Xmas decorations. The breakfast was an array of instant foods that got the job done but wasn't really anything special. It was certainly acceptable if you're only looking for an affordable comfortable place to sleep in LA with no frills.

Easy access parking was best since I was temporarily disabled. Staff was great and helpful. We were greeted warmly and with smiles. I loved the buffet style breakfast. It was close to alot of stores and restaurants. I'd definitely recommend coming back for another stay in the future. I'm definitely recommending friends and family to stay here if and when they're in the area. 10 out of 10!

I didn't like that the beds were kinda small in the rooms with double beds. Also I didn't like that I booked my stay when it cold because I love swimming. Haha but other than that, everything was great.
