We've stayed at this hotel on many occasions - using it as a halfway point between Calais and Tignes. It has never disappointed - secure parking on site which means we don't have to empty our car for the overnight stay. The hotel is geared towards families with loads of entertainment options for children of all ages in the lobby area. The room was comfortable even with the sleeper couch made up for my daughter. We had dinner at the restaurant which was lovely. Staff were friendly and very helpful in the lead up to our stay.

The breakfast was good with variety of salt and sweet. The pool was great for family with kids. Room size was acceptable for one night, but would’ve been too small for longer stay. We wished the separate toilet could have a sink, it was a bit inconvenient with toilet and sink in separate rooms. Also, it would be good with toilet brush in the WC :) But this is just minor observation and didn’t impact our overall experience at Novotel Bron.

The check-in/check-out time was a little bit confusing since the time on Booking.com didn’t correspond with the time the hotel operates with.

Everything you needed and above and beyond. Breakfast was great, amenities were wonderful and staff were exceptionally friendly.

A family room is just a regular room with fold up beds, so super-tight. It's located well out of the city centre, and it took 40 minutes to drive into Old Lyon.

The location is really practical for passing by. There are a lot of activities for the kids and restaurant/bar so you don’t have to leave the hotel. The parking is open and big and they close the door at night.

We had problems with the air conditioning and they tried to fix it but it was a really hot day and the room was not as fresh as we would have liked.

This is our third visit to this hotel, we use it as an overnight stop on our way to our ski break at half term. The location is ideal, rooms are clean and spacious enough for the three of us. We ate in the restaurant and had a lovely meal. There is so much for younger children to do in the entrance area to keep them entertained which I think i'd probably appreciate if my daughter was younger!

This is our second stay at this hotel on our way to Val d'Isere from the UK. The location is ideal for getting onto the motorway for the second part of our journey. This is a lovely, quirky hotel with lots to do if you had more time (great entertainment area downstairs for children/teens). We had a drink and snack in the bar - friendly service from the staff. Breakfast in the morning was great - variety and all fresh produce.

The room was quite hot on arrival so we had to open the window to cool down, might be worth having it set at an ambient temperature.

We stayed here to go to the Taylor Swift concert. It was perfectly accessible for the concert venue, which was running a shuttle bus from the expo center nearby.

It was fairly remote. Apart from the concert / expo center, you won't experience any of Lyon by staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay here from start to finish. Perfect for families. Loved the pool, bar area and restaurant. The rooms were lovely, comfortable bed. The staff were amazing and friendly. Fantastic facilities for children with games and toys to keep them entertained. Beautiful meal at the restaurant and great value for money. Good area with local shops etc.

only one blanket in the double room. There should be at least one more blanket to those who don't want to sleep under one (me and my son for example). it was a bit too hot in the room and it was not possible to change the temperature in the room. Unfortunately no spoons in the hotel room. But these are just minor things to improve.

We absolutely loved this place. It's the perfect location for families with children. So much is there for the children to entertain themselves. The swimming pool is small but it's a massive plus by hot weather. The rooms are nicely decorated, there's mini fridge and kettle for coffee and tea (offered by the hotel). Very nice restaurant as well. The breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice, fresh and for all kind of taste. We really enjoyed our stay and felt we could easily spend a week there. The staff is young, dynamic and super friendly. They do absolutely everything to make your stay an enjoyable moment.

We liked everything so nothing to say as bad really. Even the towels are facilitated by the hotel for the swimming pool.
