Breakfast was good, staff were excellent and the location was ok

Every table had a place card that read occupied (red) or vacant (green). The staff lead us to a table and place the red side up denoting the table is reserved but this was often a problem because no one could really see the small place card. we leave the table to serve ourselves and order breakfast items but when we return someone else has taken the table. This causes confusion as the orders get mixed up etc. It happened to us and to other customers. I have seen some very gentle customers whose table was taken over by arrogant people. It maybe a good idea to use place cards that have big bold letters that stand out.

The staff were most accommodating and very helpful from the front desk .especially Puvui. The restraunt staff could not do enough for us. They were so friendly. The manager on the 6th floor greeted us every morning to check our stay was comfortable. We had checked in for 7 nights and we were going to check into another Hotel for a further 5 nights. But the service was so good we stayed here for our full vacation of 12 nights. Thank you to all the staff for contributing to making our stay in Hyderabad very pleasant. Eamon & Ann Marie Walshe.

There was almost nothing not to like. Right from the check-in experience to the room, the food and the staff - everything was unbelievably awesome. The best part about our stay was our interactions with the staff. Extremely courteous, helpful as well being able to get the job done. All of this is what you’d expect from a brand like Marriott.

If I have to be picky, I’d say a couple of things: 1./ Should provide liquid hand wash instead of soap cakes. Moe hygienic and easier to maintain. 2./ Sustainability appears to have taken a backseat at least at this particular property.

It was close to where I wanted to go and be, and the morning buffet was good. The view from the room was good, but given the location, a lot could be done to make it more appealing to visitors.

It is old, and the Tank Bund Smell needs to be addressed. We tried ordering food after 12 am, and the in-room phone was not working, so we went down personally and approached the staff. Unfortunately, they were not sure what was available at that hour. We ended up ordering from Swiggy.

The breakfast spread was a good, rather a lavish one. However, it took us sometime to get a table and were asked to wait. Maybe the area around Pool side could be utilized. While I was on strict diet due to medication, my wife and kid enjoyed the spread throughly. The service was quick and we were attended without any repeated requests. Had ordered dinner for my kid the previous night, but honestly, wasn't the food wasn't to the liking of our tastebuds, more bland than it could have been (no negative points here for it owing to our taste profile, but it is what it is). Local attractions like the Boat Club, Lumbini Park, Birla Temple, Prasad's Imax, etc are close by and convenient to travel to these locations. We had our food mostly outside while checking local attractions, so won't be able to comment much on the lunch/dinner spread/taste.

1. There could be some activity area/games for the kids for them to be engaged. Except for the pool, I couldn't find much. 2. Wasn't too happy with the room that was alloted, it was relatively small, tucked in between two rooms on either sides in the corner. Could hear sound from the other rooms. 3. Bad drainage in the bathroom, however, it was attended promptly and I appreciate that. But imagine you checking in and finding the water from the drain all over the place. Not a sight to behold. 4. All in all, we had a very short one-day stay, so am sure, going by Marriot's standards, these might have been some small niggles and a usual relatively longer stay might not see these issues.

Staff is good room is good services are good. Everything is perfect.

I asked for extension for one more day but they denied it because of they sold out all the rooms, it seems. That is one thing I didn’t like it because I stayed so many times here, at least they could have give me any room for one day, but they denied it. they should have tried to give privilege for the repeated customers that’s it. but the staff and every thing is fine, actually good. The room and every services are good.

Very good service brought to your table. The innovative yoghurt flavours & fresh fruit juice were my favourite! Very pleasant and attentive staff during the meal time.

Limited choice of tea bags in the room There is a staleness in the furnishing, showing its a much used venue. The only fresh feeling is when the housekeeping staff make it super clean. In Room Dining - the Khow Suey could have been better, with crisper fresher peanuts & deep fried garlic. The quality of this soup was not five star.

Excellent service, great location 👍 and loved our stay. Must compliment staff on our floor (5th) Sudha & Zorini, who ensured we have a comfortable stay. Breakfast was wonderful, great spread. The restaurant is a must for Lunch or Dinner. Amazing cuisine. Another great staff I must compliment was Tamosha at the restaurant, extremely helpful and took care of us like family

Property is old. Room size is a bit lower when you consider it as a five star hotel. But other common facilities are excellent. Restaurants and food are outstanding. And above all the exceptionally excellent staff and their laudable attitude is the game changer factor. Right from the gate to entry to front office to house keeping to restaurant to travel help desk to everywhere. They are simply awesome. I am really happy I chose this specific Marriott hotel property at tTank Bund road.

Room size is not so great and the inside room furniture is also a bit old. But the toilets are renovated and excellent.
