This is a wonderful hotel — we are absolutely thrilled and will definitely come back again! I stayed with my children, and the three of us fit perfectly in a standard room — we were provided with an extra bed. The room was very comfortable and clean, with an incredibly cozy bed and high-quality linens. We really appreciated the kitchenette, dishes, and microwave — they were very useful. We also used the gym, enjoyed the sauna, and had an amazing time relaxing in the rooftop hot jacuzzi with a view of the night city. The staff were very friendly, always smiling, and ready to help with anything we needed. We are absolutely delighted with this hotel. Highly recommended to everyone!

The property was in close proximity to attractions.. The property had a variety of shops and restaurants on ground level. The beds in the room was very comfortable. Generally, the room was quiet and clean. It has a small kitchenette for those wanting to cook something in the room.. I found the restaurants and shops down stairs more than adequate with a good variety of quisine.

I thought that room service was a little slow. As one day I returned to my room at 4pm and it had not yet been cleaned (it was cleaned soon after I saw housekeeping) They just had not got to my room yet. All other days were good.

Nice hotel, staff great, location little far from airport was the only thing and also no breakfast . But on the ground floor part of the hotel is a diner which serves great food. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the complex. Short walk from the mall and Starbucks etc. Rooms are comfy and cleaned each day if required. Staff very helpful polite and always have a smile and eager to make your stay pleasant . Overall I stayed for a week here then flew to Mindanao and travelled before booking again for last 2 days of my one month trip and it was as good as my first stay . Highly recommended .

Facilities, access to restaurants, shops, the local mall etc.

I apologize, but I cannot remember the young lady's name. However, the late-night hotel receptionist was accommodating. She made sure my air-conditioning was working correctly. I left my wall adaptor at home, and she provided me with a wall adaptor that allowed me to use my computer. She directed me to the restaurants in 88 Avenue's corridor, and last but not least, I was running behind on time early in the morning and missed my first taxi. She subsequently got on the phone and called another taxi so that I could get to the airport on time for my flight—the best Hotel receptionist and service I have ever encountered.

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay.

I love how accessible the place is. Whether you are coming by for work or leisure this is the place to be. Great choices of restaurants and places to work.

I wish there were extra sheets in the room. Although I could have asked housekeeping for it. I was under the impression they would have spares. A pool would be nice :)

We had a serviced appartment with 2 well sized bedrooms and å living room/kitchen. There was no restaurant in the hotel itself but there were a number of good restaurants in a cozy pedestrian street just outside the hotel. This hotel offered good value for the money we paid

The hotel is a little bit outside the city center and away from the main tourist sites.

I truly like this place a lot. If I am to stay in Cebu city in the future then I won’t be looking at anywhere else than here. I’m returning to Cebu for a long term stay and I would live here except i probably couldn’t afford it for a two month stay.. but it’s a great place

Super clean rooms, plenty of space .. smart tv, gym, jacuzzi and sauna and several great places to eat and a bar right outside the front door. What’s not to like

Stayed for 1 night. It's new building in small shopping and restaurant area. My favorite restaurant The Weekend moved here and that's mainly why I choose to stay here to not lose time. Rooms are nice, well equipped, with big comfy bed. Seems there is no TV channels on tv but you can mirror your phone and watch Netflix from your account for example. So you don't need to login on tv.

Not sure but there is no pool so might be problem for longer stay. Still. I'm not sure if there is so check it.

Staff, Princess, exceptionally polite and helpful. Arranged room upgrade in order to give us a quiet room. No bother leaving a suitcase there for a week until we returned. Shops,restaurants and huge shopping mall all within walking distance.

Exceptionally clean with western amenities and standards keeps me coming back. I've visited 88th Ave several times post pandemic to date. Great location with several nice restaurants nearby. Clean sheets, Hot showers, Reliable internet. You can't go wrong staying here.
