I was on a short trip to visit Disney World and it was a very good stay at this beautiful resort. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They even have a heated pool and hot tub along with a nice tennis court and playground for kids . The only thing that made this place available at a very competitive price is its distance from Disney World and it is surrounded by road works that are still ongoing as of December 27, 2024.

The apartment were nice and clean. we loved the space vs. renting multiple hotel rooms for our family of 7. We enjoyed the pools being warm and not freezing cold. Our kids loved the outside life size board games on the property as well.

My only complaint would be since the units are older. The air conditioning on the top level of the apartment wasnt as refreshing on a hot spring day. It could get pretty warm upstairs. however maintenance did bring additional window coverings to try to block out the sun to allow the rooms to cool easier.

The place was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and easily accommodated to requests for extra pillows and blankets. We would stay here again.

The beds were a bit hard and sunk in in places. The shower heads were very small with minimal water pressure, so the women had a hard time getting shampoo and conditioner out. In the main bedroom, the switch controlled power to the outlets only. The ceiling fan/light was controlled by pulls. The light worked, but fan did not.

My grandkids love the pools and all of the activities outside like basketball, tennis, the big chest set, pot pot.. Their adults loved the relaxing in the hot tub

There’s nothing that I did not like about the property

the cleanliness of the place, it was near groceries and shops and the airport

there was no on- site personnel in the night time

I love this place, it’s the 3rd time me and my family have stayed here and it never disappoints. The beds are comfy the whole place is clean, it’s perfect and the staff is very friendly. It’s my go to anytime we go to Orlando.

If I had to say anything - which I can’t say anything bad because this place is wonderful. The only thing I wish they had was curtains in the rooms. Sometimes the light from the halls can bother to sleep at night.

- Kitchen dish washer had a block. some one has to come to fix it. - Master bed room bathroom didnt have exhaust fan or some issue it. - a lizard came inside the home in the hall and it was there in the kitchen covering curtain. - one of the kitchen cubboard was tighen enough.

VERY family friendly! So many things to do. Pools, hot tub, basketball court, yard games, bbq area. Location was close to everything. Safe!

Twin beds in the second bedroom. Would have liked another queen. But it would be great for a family of 4 with kids.

Location was convenient and it was an affordable stay.

There were no quality blankets nor comforters on any of the beds, making it an uncomfortable sleepless night, it was cold in the house and heat was on 72.
