The staff was very polite, breakfast was good and had lots of different options which is great for a picky toddler. The pool is not huge but it was very clean and my kids had so much fun. As a dog owner, I LOVE that this hotel is pet friendly, we will definitely be returning and bringing our dog along. Also liked that I could log into my Netflix account on the TV!

Few things that weren’t super clean. Hairs in the shower and noticed while looking for my son’s toy that it was a little dirty underneath the couch and AC as if it is rarely vacuumed under there.

We booked the Hilton at the last minute due to weather conditions that cancelled our flight back home. Thanks to Booking.com, I could find a location, evaluate it, and book within minutes of our cancelled flight. Home 2 suites was very good. It is more of a temporary residential hotel for business travellers rather than one-night accommodations. The rooms were clean and large. The staff was excellent, especially our morning dining staff member, EFA.

I wish I had been there a little longer so I could of utilized the facilities including the Gym and indoor pool

Breakfast was ok, very simple. We stayed on a Saturday night. Woke up for breakfast Sunday morning starting at 7am we went down to beat the rush but there was already a very long line. Everything looks great set up however it’s not set up easily accessible, bread bin when you are holding your plate and opening it with the other hand the whole bin comes towards you off the counter same with muffin bin etc, looks cute just not functional. The waffle iron was also undercooking everyone’s waffles even when following cooking times.

The very professional, kind and friendly staff at reception provided a truly welcoming atmosphere. Our room was perfect. It had everything you needed and was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and we slept soundly with no noise to disturb us. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty with lots of fresh fruit and a great selection of hot items. We have stayed in many airport type hotels but this is by far the best. Great experience at a very reasonable price. We would definitely stay again.

This is a fantastic hotel for a family (we are two adults and three teens). It's super functional with plenty of storage space in the rooms, fantastic mini kitchen with everything you need. The rooms are well thought out and designed with families in mind. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. The communal spaces were lovely with a good sized pool and decent gym. We used the bbq, which was clean and well equipped with plenty of nice space to sit and eat. Staff were friendly and quick to respond with help.

We didn't like people being able to bring their pets into the hotel (we saw cats and dogs) and people bringing their dogs into the eating area.

The hotel was impeccably clean, with attention to detail evident in every corner. The room itself was a cozy sanctuary, providing the perfect escape after a day of exploring the city.   One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. Freshly brewed coffee, fluffy pastries, and hearty breakfast meats were just a few of the treats that awaited me in the morning. But what truly set this hotel apart was its pet-friendly policy. Traveling with my furry companion can sometimes be stressful, but this hotel made it a breeze. The accommodations were perfect for us both, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, my experience at this hotel was exceptional. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, and excellent service created the ideal backdrop for my Quebec adventure. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, especially those traveling with their pets.

room and facilities were very clean and spacious. All appliances worked as they should and the hot water was very hot, great for dish washer and showers. Pool was very good.

Breakfast wasn't like it was the first couple times we stayed. Food was cold and didn't seem fresh like it always was. I presume because possibly not as busy as the first couple times we stayed. Only did one breakfast then decided to go to restaurant to eat breakfast. BUT will emphasize that staff was friendly and helpful as usual and coffee available all day is definitely a plus.

We love the room it was comfortable , easy to control the temperature and good amenities. we did not hear excessive noise coming from outside. The rooms and common areas were clean and the staff was very friendly.

i think the layout for the breakfast was a little confusing and many guest at the same time make it a little crowded. maybe if the beverage and coffee station were separated it will flow a little better, noting that many of the guest will take as much food as possible making the others wait for the reposition. but that is more human behavior than the hotel's responsibility. On Monday we decided to go somewhere else for breakfast since we waited 20 min in line for toast and eggs the day before.

The room was neat, spacious, and well-equipped with a microwave, fridge, and kitchen utensils. Breakfast was good, and there was a convenient coffee station.

We stayed at the hotel for three days over the Canada Day weekend. During our stay, no one came to change the towels or clean the room, even upon request. The staff explained they were short-handed and suggested we pick up extra towels at the reception, which was a bit inconvenient.

Breakfast selection was ok. Went a bit later(9 am) so some of the prepared items we're bit dried up. The location was ok for us as we were heading out of town next day. Heading west on hwy 40. Hotel was in excellent condition as it is new. Only one handicap parking spot available. Not a big issue but could use a couple more spots. Enjoyed the pool facilities with the little one. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast could use some improvements. I.e. refreshing prepared food. Adding handicap parking.
