Location even not easy to reach but the view deserves

The receptionist or the owner (Demitri) wasn’t polite with us and not even smiles but other people all are very nice - the internet connection is bad

The best getaway location for a quiet and relaxing time. The views of the top of the mountain were breathtaking. It was very clean and the rooms were very spacious. The room was fully furnished with a big refrigerator, a microwave, and AC and a washing machine. The swimming pool is big and the view from inside the pool are beautiful. Bonus: the guard's dog was very friendly and adorable. The dog insisted on accompanying us whenever we went for a hike. There's also several swings perfect for pictures.

There werent any utensils or plates in the kitchen which made it hard for us to use it. Theres an abandoned outdoor seating area outside the main building. The hotel is missing an outdoor area so I think its wasted potential. The breakfast buffet is very limited. Its advisable to bring anything you might need before reaching the hotel as the nearest market is 10kms away.

The views are amazing and the rooms are spectacular and big!

Yes, we liked the breakfast. In general, this is a very good authentic hotel! Located in a picturesque place of unsurpassed beauty! high in the mountains, so beautiful that it takes your breath away. You should definitely visit this place if you want to understand the beauty of Adjara! Very tasty in the restaurant! We recommend traditional Adjarian dishes! A magnificent sauna and a very nice invigorating cool pool with spring water! Special thanks to the staff for the accommodation and room upgrade!

Marvelous views from the windows and a stunning surrounding area. The hotel is new and clean. It offers all the services expected of a hotel, rather than a guesthouse or apartments. Accessible by regular car. Parking spots are available. The sauna and swimming pool are particularly delightful amenities. Additionally, having billiards (pool) and ping-pong in the same area adds to the enjoyment of evenings.

General experience is very good, while there were some minor staff, that could be done better: - part of the surroundings of the hotel are still in renovation, but it does not affect the rest of the guests, further, this place should be way more beautiful - Light and socket located only on one side of the bed (for 2 people), but maybe it was only in my number. - The restaurant is a bit expensive for the value of it. - the number is heated only by air condition, which is a bit nosy at night. -

Very beautiful view, quiet location, spacious rooms, all the facilities you need (except tea spoons). Modern and classy furniture, bedding and mattress. Huge windows everywhere with sun protector coverage provide comfort for eyes. They develop their infrastructure with additional activities (sauna, swimming pool, pin pong, billiards, swings). Food in the restaurant is tasty and not so pricey.

It's a fair level hotel in very beautiful location. Rooms are spacious (I booked 2 bedrooms room 80 m²). Hotel is relatively new, but built not very carefully.

Waiters in the single available restaurant are not trained – make sure you ask them to reread the order or you risk some dishes be dropped from the order.

Smoking is allowed in the pool area, it was not acceptable for us (family with childrens). We wanted relaxation, but that is not possible when everything is smoked. The restaurant needs improvement. There is nothing nearby -no shop, no restaurants, it is not possible to call a taxi (only hotel transfer available).

nice hotel, room are very luminouse. hotel is lost in country side, so you will have nice view on stars and mountain. Swiming pool is installed on part of roof with veranda and is a must seen. quality of food of restaurant really surprise me and make me enjoy.
