People at the front desk was very nice. And I loved their breakfast in the hotel.
It was just sad that they didn’t give us that much for breakfast box when we had to check out early. We told them what we want in that box because they asked us. So we were super excited to eat in the train but when we opened the box, there were only some bakery and yogurt even though we asked for cheese and hams and other fruits. We paid for breakfast as hotel fee so we felt like we wasted money. That was very disappointed since everything was nice except that part.

The modern room maintained historical elements of the building. The hotel fulfilled my requests for the a high floor and facing the street. The old town location was perfect. The breakfast was hardy and expansive. The best part was how the staff helped me get to the hospital when I was having a heart attack and subsequent surgery to insert a stent. At my request they got me a cab in seconds. They told the cab where to take me in French. They called to be sure I got to the hospital. That night they left a bottle of sparkling cider and a box of cookies on the bed for my husband. They told my husband the shortest way to walk to the hospital. Every person at the desk knew we needed help. It was a holiday in Quebec City and the hotel was full, but they found us a room in the hotel for two nights beyond our reservation as I did not know when I would be released. When I was released each staff member greeted me with concern and kindness. I am so grateful to the owner and entire staff at Hotel Priori.

The room was a nice size and we couldn't hear the other guests. The bed was very comfortable. However. the bed covering was placed in a duvet and there was no top sheet to use. During the summer months, a top sheet should be added to the bedding, so if the guest wishes, they can set aside the heavy bed covering when they sleep. The bathroom shower was a decent size for a historic building.
The breakfast layout could have been better. The buffet items were laid out on a table that was poorly lit and guests had to maneuver around tables set closely to the buffet and each other. The selection also needed to be improved.

This is a special gem in the heart of Vieux Quebec City, where you can step out into the old world charm and access everything that the City has to offer! We stayed in a 2-floor suite originally intending for another couple to join us (there’s a Murphy bed in the lower floor ). That area is open, with plenty of room and an adjustable fireplace. The upper floor is well appointed and has a generous en-suite with a jacuzzi bath. This was particularly welcome after a full day of sightseeing. All of the special, updated touches were there. We really felt grateful and comfortable during our stay and hope to return someday soon.
Breakfast was tricky for someone who generally needs more veggies and gluten free options… but that is true for most of the food in QC

From the moment we saw Le Priori on a cobblestone street in Quebec City, we knew we were going to love it!! Absolutely charming boutique style property with a gracious welcoming staff to greet us and check us in. They thought of every detail, answered our questions and the room was perfect with all amenities. Very comfy bed with cozy linens, awesome shower and nice toiletries. Le Priori location is fantastic and we walked everywhere. The Continental Breakfast was delicious, (buffet style) with many choices and served in a lovely room. Thank you for a memorable Canadian getaway!

Hotel is conveniently located to walk to all the sites in the old town and port area with lots of bars and restaurants within 5 mins walking. The room was large and comfortable with floor to ceiling windows and a view to the river. Very comfy bed. You can park for 15 minutes to drop your bags at the hotel then they give you a card to access parking which is in a multistorey 2 minutes walk away. 20 CAD per day.
Breakfast was just ok but probably the poorest we had on our 3 week trip. The fresh fruit and grapefruit juice was not available after the first day and the same boiled eggs were brought out the 3 days we were there. There is no area in the hotel to sit and chill.no comfy chairs or bar area . The breakfast area becomes a steak restaurant at lunch and dinner. I sort of expected more from a " boutique" hotel

The room was large, nicely appointed, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the location wonderful! Only a minute or two walk to the Museum of Civilization, Place Royale and Rue du Petit Champlain. There is no parking on site, but it turned out to be not so bad, as the hotel offers a $20 CAD/per day parking pass (with in/out privileges) to a parking garage about 200 meters from the hotel. We drove up to the hotel before check-in time and reception provided us the parking pass. We dropped our bags a reception, parked the car in the parking garage, and set out to explore Old Town before check-in.

This little hotel is absolutely charming! Easy to drive to from the highway, drop off was simple (pay close attention to the hotel’s instructions on their website), park in a garage one block away, and you’re ready for a great stay! My daughter and I walked miles in this beautiful city and ate well. The hotel breakfast was simple and beautiful and tasty with great coffee and tea selections. The hotel staff is lovely and very helpful. The beds were heavenly. All stars!
Be prepared for a car wash of a shower. You will be very clean! If you’re short like me and don’t want wet hair, bring a travel shower cap. This was more funny than annoying.

The room was beautiful, loved the space and the bath tub. Very quiet too and lovely friendly staff and fabulous location. The filet Mignon at the restaurant was melt in the mouth sensational!
It would be nice to have a charging port by the bed and maybe just a little easier to access lights and switches behind couches. A bottle of water would be nice as well and a kettle/tea (although I liked being able to get hot water downstairs). I like a continental breakfast so didn’t mind that, but the croissants were stale and it would be great to be able to have a fresh coffee made instead of using a machine.

Hotel was beautiful and the staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The location, just off the main streets, allowed us to park our car and walk and climb all over the City. We did not need our car until we traveled to the Montmorency falls and Isle de Orleans. Hotel had all the amenities we needed (and more) and we would definitely return.
There really was nothing that we did not like. One thing folks should be aware of is that the buffet breakfast was excellent but was all cold options such as pastries, toast, juice, cheeses, meats, cereals, fruit. It was excellent but if you are looking for a hot breakfast, hot eggs, etc., you will have to go out.
