People at the front desk was very nice. And I loved their breakfast in the hotel.

It was just sad that they didn’t give us that much for breakfast box when we had to check out early. We told them what we want in that box because they asked us. So we were super excited to eat in the train but when we opened the box, there were only some bakery and yogurt even though we asked for cheese and hams and other fruits. We paid for breakfast as hotel fee so we felt like we wasted money. That was very disappointed since everything was nice except that part.

The modern room maintained historical elements of the building. The hotel fulfilled my requests for the a high floor and facing the street. The old town location was perfect. The breakfast was hardy and expansive. The best part was how the staff helped me get to the hospital when I was having a heart attack and subsequent surgery to insert a stent. At my request they got me a cab in seconds. They told the cab where to take me in French. They called to be sure I got to the hospital. That night they left a bottle of sparkling cider and a box of cookies on the bed for my husband. They told my husband the shortest way to walk to the hospital. Every person at the desk knew we needed help. It was a holiday in Quebec City and the hotel was full, but they found us a room in the hotel for two nights beyond our reservation as I did not know when I would be released. When I was released each staff member greeted me with concern and kindness. I am so grateful to the owner and entire staff at Hotel Priori.

From the moment we saw Le Priori on a cobblestone street in Quebec City, we knew we were going to love it!! Absolutely charming boutique style property with a gracious welcoming staff to greet us and check us in. They thought of every detail, answered our questions and the room was perfect with all amenities. Very comfy bed with cozy linens, awesome shower and nice toiletries. Le Priori location is fantastic and we walked everywhere. The Continental Breakfast was delicious, (buffet style) with many choices and served in a lovely room. Thank you for a memorable Canadian getaway!

This little hotel is absolutely charming! Easy to drive to from the highway, drop off was simple (pay close attention to the hotel’s instructions on their website), park in a garage one block away, and you’re ready for a great stay! My daughter and I walked miles in this beautiful city and ate well. The hotel breakfast was simple and beautiful and tasty with great coffee and tea selections. The hotel staff is lovely and very helpful. The beds were heavenly. All stars!

Be prepared for a car wash of a shower. You will be very clean! If you’re short like me and don’t want wet hair, bring a travel shower cap. This was more funny than annoying.

Hotel was beautiful and the staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The location, just off the main streets, allowed us to park our car and walk and climb all over the City. We did not need our car until we traveled to the Montmorency falls and Isle de Orleans. Hotel had all the amenities we needed (and more) and we would definitely return.

There really was nothing that we did not like. One thing folks should be aware of is that the buffet breakfast was excellent but was all cold options such as pastries, toast, juice, cheeses, meats, cereals, fruit. It was excellent but if you are looking for a hot breakfast, hot eggs, etc., you will have to go out.

The room was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, with charming touches that made it feel very welcoming. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the little details like quality linens and toiletries. It really felt like a home away from home. The hotel is perfectly located—right in the heart of Quebec, close to everything! I could walk to most of the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. It was the ideal base for exploring the city. Breakfast was delightful! It was fresh, well-prepared, and offered a nice variety. Whether you wanted something light or a more complete meal to start the day, it was a great way to begin the morning.

Our suite was spacious, nicely decorated, and clean. The location was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Some of the lighting in our suite was inconvenient. There was no overhead light in the kitchen area. There was a spotlight pointing in from just outside the kitchen, but we couldn't figure out how or where to turn it on. It's a small thing, but inconvenient. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable, but the bedding, with just a duvet, was too warm for me even with the temperature in the room lowered significantly. With no top sheet, I chose to cover up with a robe (one of our great room amenities!). I would have preferred a sheet.

We really liked the hotel - it was in a historic but quiet area. We really appreciated and enjoyed the junior suite with the hot tub, we loved being able to see the river from the balcony, as well as fireworks from the balcony at night during the GFLQ. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job between days and the location was great for walking to the old city, it is close by things you may need and parking worked out really well for us. There were thoughtful touches and all the amenities that we could need. The bed is very comfortable and it felt like home which I don’t usually get from places.

There wasn’t anything we did not like, everything was great. We couldn’t get the chrome cast to work but that could have been user error. The only thing to mention is that the location is fabulous although you will need to walk up (since it’s at the lower/closer to the river) to get to Chateau Fronternac and such. It is a steep hill or you can use cash to pay for the funicular.

Nice hotel in a perfect location. We were lucky to have glorious weather and thankfully there was very good air conditioning in the room. Free tea, coffee and bottles of water were definitely appreciated. The breakfast was adequate, but for the price we would have expected some hot options. On our arrival, the person on the reception had a very unwelcoming attitude, bordering on arrogant. Other staff on the reception during our stay seemed very helpful and friendly however.

The handbasin being in the room, rather than inside the en-suite bathroom was a bit strange. As mentioned above, the receptionist at check-in was quite unfriendly. Overall, we thought it was a bit overpriced.

We are grateful that we were able to stay in a beautiful suite. I felt extra pampered being able to take a lovely bath. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping was very attentive to us daily. Staff was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating location was excellent. Breakfast met our needs every day. The food was fresh and everything was clean and tidy and the coffee machine made very nice coffee and fun to use too! We highly recommend this beautiful hotel and we look forward to someday being able to return!
