As soon as I walked through the door walking with my cane the receptionist asked if I would like a free upgrade to a room with a walk in shower. The room was also a little bigger so I could accommodate charging my mobility scooter more easily. The staff were all very helpful and considerate. The room was very clean and the hotel well kept. The beds were very comfortable.

Our room was a bit dark with only a window with obscured glass, this made it dark with no view. The room was a bit cold we stayed when it was cold and rainy, though there were extra blankets we were warm enough in bed.

The hotel was very nicely appointed though it is not a boutique hotel. The appointments are not as cutting edge as a NH or RoomMate hotel. But the furniture and facilities are excellent. Spotlessly clean. Very quiet. 24h reception. Parking was easy and free on a nearby street. Walking distance to the Casco Historico (800m). Breakfast and lunch café next door. Large bathroom with large tub and good lighting. After Madrid, the hotel's rates are an absolute steal! There's a refrigerator in the reception that has cold drinks for €1.00. Pet friendly. They were welcoming to my 10kg well trained dog. Pet fee is around €12 if I remember correctly. Highly recommended.

Very clean comfortable hotel. Readily available off street parking. Plumbing worked fine. Good internet. I would definitely book here again if I went back to ubeda for a few days Very good value for.money.

Rooms at the front might be a little bit noisy due to cafe next door, but rooms at the back are a bit dark. Just choose what's more important to you. No breakfast facilities so on Monday morning not such a big choice of places nearby to eat breakfast.

Smart and popular hotel near the centre of Ubeda. Friendly and efficient check in, comfortable clean room and a good restaurant. I was just passing through on a road trip and this accommodation had everything I needed

Very quiet, clean room. Pet friendly. Bed was firm but comfortable.

A little far out from the center of town, so it’s about a 10-15 minute walk. Wifi a little slow.
