Everything was so good! A homey b&b that allows us to cook with mostly all the utensils you need. Clean and peaceful environment with a really nice host who makes you feel comfortable, care, and chitchat with you warmly :) The best b&b I’ve ever been to, and also the best host! Not surprised that all the tour guides and taxi drivers know Jenny’s Guest House after our stay here💗

honestly nothing, even the location is good!! can reach the centre square mall, grocery store, and restaurants, etc., within just minutes of walk

Spotlessly clean, excellent location right downtown only a few minutes walk to the museum and a minute walk from main street. The host was friendly and helpful. She let me drop my bag off early. There were 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor for bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to prepare breakfast or bring something back to eat. The single room was small but adequate and very comfortable.

I couldnt get the TV to work but maybe that was me not really knowing how to operate it.

She is a professional and VERY kind host. There was a small issue, but she resolved it quickly, and I was satisfied. Upon hearing that it was my birthday, she made noodles for dinner (eating noodles on one's birthday symbolizes longevity!). Although I am not very good at speaking English, she tried to communicate, and conversations with Jenny were always enjoyable. If I visit again, I would definitely stay there once more.

Easy check in process. The host is very responsive and allowed us to check in a bit earlier and it's very appreciated. Friendly host. Great wi-fi connection and speed (we were able to streaming some movies smoothly!).

Some areas were dusty such as the top of the toilet tank (there's no hangers/hooks in the bathroom in our room, and I was about to put my clean towel on top of the toilet tank, and found it very dusty).

That was the most welcome I've ever felt in a guesthouse! The room was very nice and clean, it stayed cool during the hot days and warm during the colder ones, the bed was very soft and comfortable and the washroom was right next to the room. The best part of the stay was the hostess that made me feel very welcomed and cared for. She replied to all my messages within seconds and accommodated all the needs. Thank you so much!

Jenny is a lovely person. She was available almost all the Time so whenever I'd write to her, she'd respond right away. Also she borrowed me snow boots for 20 bucks (for 3 nights) House has all the services and all you need

Only thing you should consider Is not cooking steaks or stuff that makes smoke. It Is not allowed. The reason: It Is Best not to do that cause The Windows are better If they are closed.

She is so nice and kindly. I ask lots of questions but she never felt upset. I'm so appiciate for her. The room was clean, not that warm (I understand because outside is under -30°) but I slept very calm and warm. There was no sound proof but it's okay too. Everyone went outside and came at the same time. Cus Eveyone came here to see aurora!

My flight didn't arrive until midnight and the host stayed up to meet me. That was really nice!

The lights in the common area are left on throughout the night. The gap under the door to my room was so large that the light from the common area cast quite a bit of light into my room. I put a rolled up towel at the base of the door to darken up the room.

Shirley was a very kind and caring hostess. She was always available and had gone above and beyond to help. Location is central and room was warm.

Nothing negative about the guest house or staff. Avoid Beck’s Kennel (dog sleighing) in town if you love animals. All the negative reviews on TripAdvisor are true. The guest house did not sell me this service. I asked them to book a sleigh ride for me. Lesson learned - do your research if you care about the well being of the animals.

The host was very friendly and recommended us restaurants as we asked. Also, she allowed us to keep our baggages in the house after we checked out, waiting for the flight. What’s more, you can make your own coffee and it’s free of charge. The host speaks Chinese as well.
