Great location within easy walking distance of downtown Yellowknife, Frame Lake trails, Legislature, museum, Niven Lake trail and about a 30 min. walk to Old Town. Good restaurant onsite. Very large (mostly paved and remainder is very well maintained gravel) parking lot with free parking. No swimming pool but there is a gym. Free shuttle service to/from the airport. Our room was a standard room with two queen beds. The room was large and there was an undercounter fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, tea kettle, toaster, and a few dishes. The room was clean, the beds were comfy. We also found our room to be very quiet.

We rented a one-bedroom apartment with kitchen. The bed in the master room is very comfortable and in good condition. The staff in the front desk is very nice and serves our needs very quickly. In general, the overall condition of the hotel is nice and clean.

We rented a one-bedroom apartment with kitchen. In our first night, the hotel gave our room to the other guest so we had to stay in a smaller room. However, hotel did compensate us a small amount of money, but we'd like to have our booked room on the arrival day. The sofa bed in the living room was not that comfortable and should be improved. The staff who cleaned our room forgot to dump the garbage in the kitchen or clean the kitchen floor in some days.

Great to have free shuttle from airport to the hotel since Uber doesn’t work and there’s no other buses, I assume taking cab or renting a car is only choice. Warm and cozy rooms has everything we needed to stay: TV, fridge, plates, cutlery, coffee, tea and even a toaster. Hotel has a little gym with sauna. Restaurant inside of the hotel provides a good variety of options: salads, pasta, steaks and burgers. On Sundays they have a brunch for 40$/person. Prices are regular more or less compare to Vancouver, quality of the food is pretty good for the price. In addition, there’s a grocery store in 7 min of walking.

I didn’t have any negative experience, maybe a price a bit high, but overall I think it matches to conditions.

I liked the free shuttle to and from the airport. Room was a good size, had a proper fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine. Location good, close to downtown, 5-10 minutes walk from the grocery store. The laundry room was useful (small though) and was only 2 bucks per machine.

The AC was very noisy and you couldn’t adjust it, we had to unplug it to turn it off. The curtains could have been bigger to block the light. Overall a good stay, would stay again.

The spacious room had all the additional amenities. The restaurant accommodated me, allowing me to order only toast even though it was not on the menu. I was able to arrange a late checkout and stay in the lobby of the hotel until the shuttle arrived. The front desk will hold your luggage until it is time to leave.

The two things that I did not like were that night staff were unfriendly. I felt like I had done something wrong by staying at the hotel and checking in so late, even though I had warned the hotel what time my flight came in. The one other thing was that the shuttle was late picking us up at the hotel and then drove around while talking on the phone. It made me even more late getting to the airport, and then I was dropped off at the wrong terminal. I was able to get to the correct terminal before the cut off time.

We booked the executive suite which included a full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room and a separate bedroom. This was very convenient as we stayed a week and we were able to save a bit of money by stocking the fridge with some basic necessities. The room was very comfortable and the perfect temperature on those cold February days. The main room and bathroom were clean. The bed was super comfy. I would just liked to have had an extra blanket.

The only thing that I would mention, is when I asked the house keeper to empty the garbage bins, she told me to do it myself and leave it outside my room. Not a big deal, but just odd as she was on the floor cleaning anyway.

The bed and pillows are comfortable. Location is good, short walking distance to grocery and town area. Spacious room, equipped with coffee machines, fridge and microwave.

Should have bigger bowls provided as well. The toiletries are tiny in size and we are two persons they only give one small bottle for each type. Should just have built in shampoo & shower gel for such a big hotel and environmental friendly.

It was centrally located close to centre of town as well as the small lake where you could take a walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Had all required services and the restaurant was very good value with good food.

We had a one bedroom apartment with a kitchen and while the kitchen had all the basic supplies, some additional items such as bigger bowls and some extra cutlery would have been helpful.

Big room. Nice and clean washroom. Nice and helpful staff. My fridge didn't work but someone from maintenance fixed it right away. I needed some cutlery, someone from the restaurant brought it. I asked front desk for recommendations for tours and they were happy to help.

I was on first floor so I had to keep the curtains closed usually all the time because it was on the same level as the parking area. The room had some areas that could have been cleaner. There were a lot of stains on the bed skirt and there was some splatter on some areas of the walls.

The staff were very accommodating of our need for separate receipts for the different nights we stayed, as it was both a personal and business trip. They also worked in a last-minute request to extend our room with no hassle and no extra charge when we unexpectedly needed to stay an extra night.

The dishes provided were not clean and, considering the latitude, the rooms need better black-out curtains for spring/summer nights
