The Staff and the Breakfast

The European people putting Towels out on sun beds. And not using them all Day . Also watching them play musical sun beds crazy 🤪

Nice hotel with beach just across the road, nice and large pool area, friendly staff, good size room with nice balcony. Cleaners did a very good job! It was amazing how quiet it was even though hotel is just on the busy beach road. Pool area had lots of sunbeds and most of times it was half empty (though some europeans still felt they had to reserve sunbeds in the morning) Hotel restaurant was amazingly good for dinner, equally good to other top TripAdvisor restaurants close by so would recommend! Cha am generally is destination for locals so the entire beach gets full of thai tourists enjoying beach life over the weekend until late in the evening (but surprisingly as rooms were mainly facing other direction, you did not hear it). Good thing is there is very limited amount of people trying to sell you stuff so you could walk along the beach and beach road without any disturbance. As an area Cha am is much more down scale compared to Phuket, Krabi etc

Breakfast was a disappointment! It was mostly asian choice even though at least half of the quests were western. You need to ask for an omelette, there is no mention of the choice anywhere and most days the omelette was plain one even though we asked for one with onion, tomato, ham. All food was staying on the tables for a long time and around 9 am did not look so good anymore. Choice of fruits was poor, bacon was only available on one day, no cheese, butter had melted down as there was no ice keeping it harder, coffee was bearly drinkable. English knowledge of personnel was very limited, only a few could properly communicate with english

A very nice place to spend a few nights. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel is directly across the road from the beach and only a short stroll from the bars. The staff were all friendly and helpful. No complaints here.

Our second floor room was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean with a big balcony and an outside bed large enough for two. The hotel has a big pool and is just across the road from the sea. I would happily stay at Bann Pantai again.

The hotel is located approximately in the middle of cha am Beach. There are many places around it that can be an alternative to eat and drink. The hotel is a comfortable, quiet hotel with a large pool. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is not bad. It performed above my expectations. I recommend it.

Breakfast could perhaps be a little better and a little more Western style.

almost everything. the room was spacious and clean. the swimming pool was excellent. it was quiet and comfortable. given its small size, there were no group tours staying there, which was absolutely perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway. staff were polite and nice.

there were not many options for breakfast and some of the items were not hot enough. luckily we are not a big eater, nor are we fussy about food, so the breakfast was still okay for us.

Staff were amazing. Their English wasn't perfect but the care and extra attention they showed for my Mom and Dad who have mobility issues, was amazing. The pool lives up to its gorgeous photos, hours and hours spent relaxing there.

The beach was a bit less accessible than we would have liked
