This is the best hotel I’ve been to so far. Everything is just perfect and I wouldn’t even think of something that could be done in a better way. My main “crush” is their gym- never saw a better equipped gym even at big chains like Mariott, they have machines and free weights and the vibes of a disco, the only pity is that not so many guests used it. Meals are also very well thought of. You have a big selection and they change the assortment every day. I mostly dined at Culina, but the Moroccan restaurant where you can go once during your stay is also amazing. You have different parties every night, but I was shocked when we were invited to a Halloween party- the level of preparation was smth else. They also cooked what seemed to be a hundred different Halloween-themed cakes- all very delicious. Last but not the least and maybe it’s the best part about this hotel are people working there. Everyone is so friendly, open and always smiling. They try to accommodate you in the best possible way, always ask how are you, try to help with all the issues and even teach you Darija (local dialect of Arabic). The hotel is also very clean, every day you get room service and two bottles of water. Will definitely return here and would recommend for everyone who wants a chill vacation

Everything was excellent. this was the second time i visited within a 4 week period. when i arrived with my spouse for our 7 year anniversary, the room was nicely decorated with petals, however the view i recieved was not up to standard, i spoke with the reception staff who immediately upgraded us to a better view that i had asked for & one of the bigger rooms which i previously stayed in on my last visit. the management & staff were exceptional at keeping us content and happy. I will visit again when the time allows. i have recommended this place to my family and other friends.

I was able to check into the room early and was upgraded from a swim up room to a suite by the nice guy at reception Provision of safes to secure your items Rooms are clean everyday with towels and mini fridge replenished No kids means it was a bit more chilled and relaxing

The alcohol used in drinks is a local brand if you want more popular ones you have to pay extra. The outdoor jacuzzi would have been nicer if it was a little bit warmer Food is a hit and miss but there’s always options to choose from

Beautiful setting with sunsets over the huge, Atlantic-facing surf beach. Excellent food (and a good range). Fabulous staff - always cleaning and repairing. Our waiter Rida lbrek was amazing. Lovely big bedrooms with huge beds and showers.

The marble floors inside and out are lethal if it’s been raining or they have just been mopped so take care. The hotel says you can’t reserve sunbeds etc but every morning when I headed out for a run along the corniche, guests had draped their towels all over the coveted sea-facing sofas near the beach bar. I think staff should politely remove them and only allow guests to use them when they are properly turning up after breakfast.

Awesome, luxurious resort with great views. All-inclusive food is fantastic, including a great range of dishes, everything is tasty and there's a different menu every day (excl. breakfasts). Staff is nice, friendly and helpful

Beds are not that comfortable as I would expect them to be (mattress is quite hard and thin and pillows are probably made of dense poliester). Swim-up is only 40cm deep so it's closer to a dip-up and the view from swim-up rooms (left side) is directly on a solid fence (there's a swim-up pool, road and a solid fence, so it's like having a view on a wall) - this can't be improved unfortunately since the hotel is already built. There's no private beach with beds for the hotel, the beach next to the hotel is close and full of beds but these are private and non-hotel which means you need to pay for them separately.

Location was amazing: on the beachfront, neither too far nor too close to the bustling city of Agadir. Food was good for the most part, and they genuinely made an effort to have different food every day, and the hotel was extra clean everywhere. Staff was really friendly: it was easy for you to learn their names, and they frequently learned yours too. The hotel also offers a good variety of tours - granted they are more expensive than external operators, but not by a lot and you can't put a price on peace of mind. Out of these, I would like to highlight the camel riding tour with dinner: it's an hour and a half camel ride near Tarrast, on the northern bank of the Suz river, where you can watch the sunset. The guide takes plenty of pictures with your phone, and the dinner is an amazing couscous + bbq experience in a tent. I haven't done the 4x4 quad bike tour myself but I've also heard it's worthwhile. Indoor swimming pool, despite not being huge, was usually empty most of the day, making it very easy to enjoy in privacy and silence.

Variety of food for breakfast and snack bar was not astonishing. Leading up to our check in, communication with the hotel was also not the easiest (had to try several times for them to pick up the phone). And lastly, but perhaps most importantly - if I could change just one thing - the pools were COLD, the jacuzzis were cold, the swim up pools for the rooms were also cold. It was too cold to swim anywhere, except their indoor swimming pool, which unfortunately also doesn't have natural sunlight. They had so many swimming pools, and they were gorgeous too, except you never saw one single soul inside the water.

The resort its self is state of the art, clean very organised the infrastructure, heaven on earth. The staff is superb,they are super friendly and know how to treat guests. Lahcen the guest relations guy good fellow,Laarbi the tea man was superb makes you want pots of Moroccan tea with his warm smile the concierge guy Otmane made life easier veey organised . Then of course the lads and the girls who danced and entertained us we had a ball with them dancing,the man who did the karaoke real talent . The rooms,the pools.were.clean. You never get bored as rhey are so many activities to do ,games to play . We played water polo, darts,table tennis ,even did dance classes . If u are looking for a relaxing,fulfilling time thats your money's worth then go to White beach resort ...oh and the spa .... l love love love the setup, relaxing calming ,the girls oh they are great and its affordable too.

The staff are extremely rude. This is not 5* never mind ultra This is not a luxury experience in any way shape or form.

Very bad drinks, if you drink these drinks you will become ill 100% if you ask to pay for premium drinks the staff will become aggressive and rude as they have to go and find them you will end up with more nail varnish remover. I have stayed in approx 100 hotels this food is by far the worst, the staff in the hotel laugh at the food and several said they would never eat it as their health is to important to them. The glasses knives and forks are unclean. If you want to avoid throwing up all week (which half the guests did) you will need to purchase all food and drinks from another hotel which is what we did at considerable cost.

Perfectly set out, beautiful pools, plenty of food choice and the staff were amazing! I was a manager in a hotel in U.K. and I can appreciate the work behind the scenes to put on such a professional front.

I wasn’t keen on the entertainment but that’s a personal preference. Room soundproofing could be better when there’s an interconnecting door.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, where the service staff went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable (Chakir in the Culina restaurant & Mustafa in the Bar especially). The beautifully maintained grounds and extensive pools provides a perfect atmosphere for relaxation and fun. Additionally, the diverse culinary options, featuring both French and Moroccan cuisine were a delightful treat for the palate.

The housekeeping service for my room at the hotel was adequate but I found it lacking in a couple of areas. It was disappointing that my room was not serviced until around 5pm, which made for a less-than-ideal experience during the day. Additionally, the mini bar was not consistently replenished leaving me to reach out on more than one occasion for items that should have been taken care of.
