This is the best hotel I’ve been to so far. Everything is just perfect and I wouldn’t even think of something that could be done in a better way. My main “crush” is their gym- never saw a better equipped gym even at big chains like Mariott, they have machines and free weights and the vibes of a disco, the only pity is that not so many guests used it. Meals are also very well thought of. You have a big selection and they change the assortment every day. I mostly dined at Culina, but the Moroccan restaurant where you can go once during your stay is also amazing. You have different parties every night, but I was shocked when we were invited to a Halloween party- the level of preparation was smth else. They also cooked what seemed to be a hundred different Halloween-themed cakes- all very delicious. Last but not the least and maybe it’s the best part about this hotel are people working there. Everyone is so friendly, open and always smiling. They try to accommodate you in the best possible way, always ask how are you, try to help with all the issues and even teach you Darija (local dialect of Arabic). The hotel is also very clean, every day you get room service and two bottles of water. Will definitely return here and would recommend for everyone who wants a chill vacation

Perfect hotel for 4 nights of relaxation. Hotel seemed quiet so there was never a queue for food/drinks and tonnes of space around the pool. Staff were wonderful, they printed out our boarding passes and let us stay for the rest of the day after checking out including a shower in the spa. Lovely big rooms that were immaculate. Highly recommend!

Entertainment was terrible. They really need a bar with some background music or a singer for some ambience. The other bar felt like an airport lounge.

Everything was excellent. this was the second time i visited within a 4 week period. when i arrived with my spouse for our 7 year anniversary, the room was nicely decorated with petals, however the view i recieved was not up to standard, i spoke with the reception staff who immediately upgraded us to a better view that i had asked for & one of the bigger rooms which i previously stayed in on my last visit. the management & staff were exceptional at keeping us content and happy. I will visit again when the time allows. i have recommended this place to my family and other friends.

I was able to check into the room early and was upgraded from a swim up room to a suite by the nice guy at reception Provision of safes to secure your items Rooms are clean everyday with towels and mini fridge replenished No kids means it was a bit more chilled and relaxing

The alcohol used in drinks is a local brand if you want more popular ones you have to pay extra. The outdoor jacuzzi would have been nicer if it was a little bit warmer Food is a hit and miss but there’s always options to choose from

Beautiful setting with sunsets over the huge, Atlantic-facing surf beach. Excellent food (and a good range). Fabulous staff - always cleaning and repairing. Our waiter Rida lbrek was amazing. Lovely big bedrooms with huge beds and showers.

The marble floors inside and out are lethal if it’s been raining or they have just been mopped so take care. The hotel says you can’t reserve sunbeds etc but every morning when I headed out for a run along the corniche, guests had draped their towels all over the coveted sea-facing sofas near the beach bar. I think staff should politely remove them and only allow guests to use them when they are properly turning up after breakfast.

Awesome, luxurious resort with great views. All-inclusive food is fantastic, including a great range of dishes, everything is tasty and there's a different menu every day (excl. breakfasts). Staff is nice, friendly and helpful

Beds are not that comfortable as I would expect them to be (mattress is quite hard and thin and pillows are probably made of dense poliester). Swim-up is only 40cm deep so it's closer to a dip-up and the view from swim-up rooms (left side) is directly on a solid fence (there's a swim-up pool, road and a solid fence, so it's like having a view on a wall) - this can't be improved unfortunately since the hotel is already built. There's no private beach with beds for the hotel, the beach next to the hotel is close and full of beds but these are private and non-hotel which means you need to pay for them separately.

Staff was really nice, we didn't have a single experience of impoliteness or rudeness as some other reviewers noted ! Big thanks to the reception staff, they were super helpful with all our requests and needs. Special thanks to our room cleaner Amina, staff at the beach bar were all excellent especially Afid, also Yassine and Mohammed from breakfast, lunch and dinner services and plenty of others ( sorry if I misspelled or missed anyone, you were all great) The hotel was nicely clean and well maintained throughout our 8 days long stay. Great beach right at the doorstep with magnificent views from the outdoors pools and jacuzzi.

I think the owners( represented by chair Kamel Abou Ali) should splash some more cash on fresh fruit, juices and food in general as it wasn't 5* in our books !!! Also the cracks and withers on the surfaces, were visible throughout the property, the owners should spend moreishly on the maintenance, as the hotel really is in a fairly premium location and would benefit from that. Lastly, all the properties in the area should chip in to tarmac the carpark and road at the Devil's rock to stop it spewing dust at the hotels whenever the wind picks up !

The beach front location was lovely, the hotel was spotless, the staff where fantastic, they never stopped, the gardens were kept groomed daily, the food was good for all inclusive, one of the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in, if you enjoy landing at your destination and just chilling by the pool this is definitely the place to do it, it’s worth a trip to the market just for the experience.

It’s not fair to say that I can blame the property but Not much to do in that area, we would walk along the 5km beach front , there where other 5 star hotels but that was all really , we where advised to exchange money in the hotel but every time we asked they never had any, but we took euros with us any way and we would tip the staff in euros and when we went the market we paid with euros so it wasn’t that much of a issue, please be mindful it is a Muslim country so there are no bars like you find in other European holiday areas, you can get a taxi into Agadir for around £40 return

Location was amazing: on the beachfront, neither too far nor too close to the bustling city of Agadir. Food was good for the most part, and they genuinely made an effort to have different food every day, and the hotel was extra clean everywhere. Staff was really friendly: it was easy for you to learn their names, and they frequently learned yours too. The hotel also offers a good variety of tours - granted they are more expensive than external operators, but not by a lot and you can't put a price on peace of mind. Out of these, I would like to highlight the camel riding tour with dinner: it's an hour and a half camel ride near Tarrast, on the northern bank of the Suz river, where you can watch the sunset. The guide takes plenty of pictures with your phone, and the dinner is an amazing couscous + bbq experience in a tent. I haven't done the 4x4 quad bike tour myself but I've also heard it's worthwhile. Indoor swimming pool, despite not being huge, was usually empty most of the day, making it very easy to enjoy in privacy and silence.

Variety of food for breakfast and snack bar was not astonishing. Leading up to our check in, communication with the hotel was also not the easiest (had to try several times for them to pick up the phone). And lastly, but perhaps most importantly - if I could change just one thing - the pools were COLD, the jacuzzis were cold, the swim up pools for the rooms were also cold. It was too cold to swim anywhere, except their indoor swimming pool, which unfortunately also doesn't have natural sunlight. They had so many swimming pools, and they were gorgeous too, except you never saw one single soul inside the water.

Staff were exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and helpful. We had an early morning excursion, so we requested a packed lunch, and they provided us with a bag full of lunch items. The entertainment staff were excellent and really friendly. The location was perfect, right on the beach front. Close to Agadir and Taghazout. The resort itself was beautiful, so clean, and well maintained. We would go back to Morocco just to stay here again.

The only downside I suppose was the pools being that cold we didn't see anyone use them duirng our weeks stay. The staff in the spa weren't as friendly as all other staff, and when we booked to use the sauna and steam room, it was switched off, so we missed out on that experience as the thermal area was beautiful.
