Breakfast was excellent and staff went above board to ensure everything was perfect. Thanks to Mariam/Sunday and the manager. However, the location was extremely difficult for the first time and it took hours to get into. Address should have been: Jafac Close, off Alhaji Jimoh street via Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja rather than: Jafac Close, off Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja.

More showers options. No handheld shower 🚿 head. Maybe a provision of other bathing options and bidet handheld toilet 🚽 spray.

The staff were very kind to attend to every question and guided me in everything I needed. A special mention to the fair lady receptionist (can't remember her name). All the services and facilities listed before I booked were as I saw online, steady light, AC working, room is clean, proximity to airport, etc. I had to rate them 10/10 because I couldn't fault them anywhere. The flexibility of payment options is a bonus.

There is nothing not to like.

The breakfast was superb, excellent dishware and lovely customer service, I want to thank the laundry guy and other hotel staffs for making my stay a home away from home. Will definitely return.

Nothing to dislike

I was so glad after researching the Internet for hotels in that area, i finally settled for galpin despite it being above my budget, atleast i enjoyed everybit of my stay so no regrets.

There were no sign boards outside

It’s a very silent and cool environment and also a good place for introverts 😂 sounds funny yeah but it’s a cool place for vacation and also work

They don’t have swimming pool

Clean, Private and Secured

Kitchen delays food making as they have to make food fresh each time for each order

The hotel is located in a good environment, it's clean, accessible and affordable I will return there again and recommend to others

Neatness and courtesy of the staff

.Onyinyechi the receptionist was so polite and nice and has the interest of the company at heart. She literally begged me to patronize the hotel wen next am in lagos. She is nice and customer centric

Not enough TV stations watch. Would have rated the hotel 1 star if not for the niceness of onyinyechi

Location, quiet and close to airport and city mall. Staff were courteous.

Very few tv stations and the Bathroom shower was faulty, I had to use bucket :( 😞
