Lovely hotel in Paleochora, we liked particularly the common areas like rooftop, terrace which are nicely decorated. Rooftop has fantastic view and many nice sitting areas. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of options, including local specialities. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Super fast wifi in the lobby area.

The room was quite small despite being categorized as Superior. There is a sea view but the sea is quite far away and not front facing, but sideways. As long as you plan activities in beautiful nature of Crete as us, it all doesn’t matter so much.

The quiet location in Paleochora with sea views but just an easy stroll to the centre and restaurants was ideal. The hotel is beautifully designed with contemporary artistic touches especially in the gardens and on the roof terrace. The reception and dining area open and spacious and very relaxing with sofas and reading area. The breakfast was delicious with a huge choice and we really enjoyed our breakfasts on the terrace. We were very happy with our Superior Double room with it’s sea view from the balcony, and the room was more spacious than we had expected with a good storage and ample wardrobe. The staff were wonderful - so welcoming and helpful.

The bathroom felt a little compact although it was well designed with a good shower, and we preferred having the space in the bedroom

We stayed only one night we found the staff very friendly, and helpful. The hotel is a little outside the main town. An easy flat walk about a 10 min stroll, so the hotel was quiet at night but easy access to tavernas and beaches. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms clean with air con along with a really efficient fan . A good breakfast selection. We would definitely stay again.

We were happy with everything

Paleachora is a great town and Hotel Aris is a very good place to stay. Well positioned with everything you need. The breakfast was exceptional. Every day there was a huge selection of fresh food with different Cretan specialities. The hotel owners are very friendly. Our room was lovely - decorative but simple. There is a beautiful garden with hammocks and different seating areas. A really terrific place.

We absoluteky loved Aris Hotel. Very friendly welcome and service, great atmosphere, superb breakfast, rooms and amenities well taken care of, quiet but within easyy walking distance of everything, and an amazing garden which turns it into a little oasis.We will come back!

the property is located in a quiet part of town, just a few minutes walk from the port. the facilities are very nice, I love that a lot of effort was put into the interior design. be sure to visit the rooftop lounge, it is super cozy and you get an amazing view of Paleochora. The room was clean and comfortable and we also enjoyed the excellent breakfast with a variety of foods, fruits and fresh juices. The staff was truly amazing, and very helpful. We were given a warm welcome and received great tips for hiking routes. They went out of their way to get me an item back that I forgot, truly amazing service! i highly recommend this hotel and am looking forward to coming back!

The breakfast was absolutely incredible. The property is gorgeous, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the location is quiet but still a quick walk into town, there are quiet beaches nearby. It's a gem!

Nice boutique hotel with friendly staff, very good breakfast with Cretan specialities as well, it was also different every day, room was really well decorated, clean, many good restaurants around, nice garden, close to the town and the beach.

The staff was really amazing. Always very approachable and helpful. I truly understand people that come here every time they stay in Paleochora. The cleaning staff also went the extra mile. The breakfast was very good with amazing feta and yoghurt.

Complimentary beach towel and bikes. Buffet breakfast was great!

Ground floor rooms in rear are kinda dark with no outlook. Location at end of peninsula is quiet but a bit of a walk to bus or ferry.
