Great location. Incredible staff.

Our room s plumbing was not very good, not very much pressure in the shower and trying to flush the toilet in the middle of the night was not working. Safety deposit was not functional did work at all , could not use small drawers in closet, kept most belongings in the laundry bag provided. Room number was 206#.

It's a top notch hotel for a couple hundred dollars a night in Rome, I didn't think that was to expensive. The hotel is great. Breakfast is included. Ut was very good. The hotel is not far from the Vatican City. I walked there on the bike trails adjacent to the railway. The train station is just up the hill and to the right from the hotel. I don't recommend driving to Vatican, Pantheon, Coloseum or any other dozens of landmarks in that area. It's insanely busy and traffic is jammed on narrow streets. Go by foot. It's the best way to take in the scenery, then take the train back.

Not much not to like. Parking is limited. Didn't know what the situation was with the gated parking lot. Perhaps it was included with the room. I didn't check because I found a spot on the street and left it there until I checked out.

Location was excellent. Short walk from train station. Hotel was very clean.

Booked a double room and given twin room. Communication about airport transfers would have saved us a lot of time as we wasted time trying to figure this ourselves. Great hotel and staff otherwise

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very good selection of food at the breakfast buffet. The size of the bedroom was very good and well equipped with a safe, hairdryer, iron & ironing board and mini bar.

The bedroom was a very good size, but by comparison the bathroom was very small. Both the bedroom and bathroom were clean and functional, but a little tired.

Having a normal bathroom in our bedroom as well as my accessible wet room was something I’d never seen before. My wife was very impressed as she loves a bath.

There wasn’t a disabled toilet on the ground floor so I had to take the lift to level minus one. Not ideal when you are in a hurry.

A very nice and clean hotel. The room we had booked was big and very clean, beds very confortable. The location is a bit far from the city center but the bus/train station is at 5 minutes walking distance. Breakfast was ok, same things everyday.

Location for concert at Olympic stadium. Location to rail station meant easy access into centre. Lovely bistro/restaurant.

Very paniked about leaving without paying, althoug we were still in the hotel … Made us feel bad. After the first night, they didn’t clean the room until 3 PM although they immediately send someone after requesting it.

Was nice and clean and spacious. Great breakfast included. Lovely restaurant (with live music on Wednesdays) on-site. Easy walk to the train station. Cute little well priced gift shop.

A little bit far from the city centre.

Very clean room, comfortable beds, big bath area. The food service was exceptional for both evening dinner and breakfast
