Amazing location right on the beach, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels, soap and shower gel were provided in the room.

The beds are really hard so not very comfortable if you don’t like the firmest of mattresses, and our room had a strange drilling noise at random intervals through the night which was annoying.

Amazing location directly at the beach. You step out of the hotel and you feel the sand. Don't need shoes at all. Staff is very helpful to give recommendations about tours or bicycle rentals. Breakfast is served at a nearby restaurant (1min walking), which was simple but very good. In case of early departures, the hotel can provide lunch boxes instead of having breakfast at the restaurant.

Would be nice if the hotel could provide beach beds and parasols as there is no shade at the beach.

The location could not be better, right on the beach. The staff were lovely, helped us book trips at very reasonable prices. Breakfast is at a cafe round the corner rather than on premise but wasn't a problem. First night I had a seaview room which was very beautiful.

The rooms at the back of the hotel can be a little noisy. We were unfortunate in that a neighbouring household were celebrating a birthday one night and partied until 3am. I think this was an isolated occurence and no fault of the hotel.

The location was excellent on the beach and close to the main area of the town, and the room was clean and comfortable. But more than anything else, I really appreciated the staff. Very friendly and helpful. I was able to check in a little early and even though I didn't need it in the end, if a spare room was available they were going to let me use a shower after checkout to clean up before my flight. I lost my room key on the last morning and they didn't even charge me. I'm sorry I forgot his name, but the older man who was always there at the reception was very nice. He didn't speak English, but I appreciated his friendly smile and always trying to help. I enjoyed trying to communicate with him with my limited Spanish.

The location and view were perfection! I had my balcony door open day and night for my 5 day visit and slept like a baby listening to the waves. Virtually no insects so was great! Two minutes from flamingos, restaurants and bars close by and the Yummy Yummy empanada vendor and his friendly smile right next door. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Despite the language barrier with some staff, I felt like one of the family.

Incredible location right on the beach. Recent upgrades to the bathroom (new tile), new bed linens in a fresh beachy color. Good size room. Like most of Ecuador, the hotel does not accept credit cards directly. Instead, they used a PayPal app, and had a much smaller surcharge than most places (6% instead of 12%)

No breakfast on site, and restaurants in the area don't open until 10:30am. The hotel does not take credit cards.

Other than very clean facilities, and friendly staff, THIS PLACE HAS AN AMAZINGLY SPECTACULAR VIEW OF THE BEACH, AND THE WONDERFUL SOUND OF THE WAVES CRASHING IN HOUR AFTER HOUR. We had the second floor facing the beach and we could just spend hours and hours relaxing in our room and on the balcony.

The breakfast was at a local restaurant and was nominal, but sufficient.

Small hotel with incredible hosts! The family that runs this place were so kind and accommodating. The free water refill station was also a great plus! Free breakfast at a nearby restaurant was super nice too. And the location is 100% the reason you need to book here. You’re right in front of the public beach and it’s incredible views. Loved it & would recommend.

Excellent location right in the beach. The host was very nice and helpful. When the air conditioning stoped working in our room they tried to fix it and quickly moved us to another room. Breakfast is in a near by cafe and was nice.

The hotel and rooms wasn’t very clean. The shower was not very comfortable.

Perfect location right on the beach with amazing sunset views! There’s an empanada stand right next-door where you can get a delicious shakes and empanadas. Included breakfast is very tasty and provided at the restaurant right behind the hotel. Staff was so helpful throughout the day and very responsive . Would definitely stay here again when I come back!
