Excellent property. Lots of things to do for all age groups.

The staff was very hands off. There was no orientation at checkin or personalized recommendations on what we could do with the kids. Each time we were simply directed to the website so we could browse everything ourselves. A part of customer care is providing human to human conversations and telling us personally about the property, its history and what all we can do here. Just reading the website felt so cold and impersonal. I’d expect a lot more hospitality than this. Honestly Asian countries know the best hospitality and you really get your moneys worth. After paying over $1300 a night for a room (meals, activities excluding) the attitude of the staff was very snooty, exclusive and unapproachable. Only the restaurant staff was warm and made our visits exceptionally welcoming.

The entire staff, wherever we went, were the most courteous and friendly people I have ever delt with. They always ensured that all our expectations were met.

Our room service breakfast was terrible. I ordered a typical eggs and meat and my wife ordered an English muffin. My eggs were cold and the muffin was hardly toasted and cold as well. When I called to complaint I told them that for around $60, I expect the breakfast to be the best I had ever eaten. I was told that there would be no charge. When I checked out only $20 was deducted.

great place, would definitely return, however, cost of stay was extremely high...so come prepared to spend money. Shuttle service was the best, room was extraordinarily great and very comfortable. This is a a very nice luxury hotel/stay.

The resort and grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. There were a lot of activities available, and easy access to them via frequent and clean shuttles.

Unlike other, similar resorts, most activities were a la carte, including fitness/meditation classes (of which there were too few), bowling, axe throwing, etc. there was only one casual dining option, with a limited menu. And my biggest complaint is the lack of shower and underwhelming facilities at the pool.
