The hotel is TOP NOTCH!!

I WAS COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED WITH BOOKING.COM!!! I WAS SCAMMED & I DIDN'T LIKE IT ONE BIT!!! 😕 I paid an extra $20 to have the convenience of paying at the end of my stay in cash!! I GAVE MY CREDIT CARD "ONLY" TO BOOK THE ROOM NOT TO HAVE IT USED AS YOU WANTED!! However, I found at the check in MY CARD HAD ABSORBED THE ENTIRE COST UP FRONT!! Needless to say I WILL NOT BOOK ANOTHER TIME THRU YOUR SERVICE!! I paid an extra $20 FOR NOTHING!!! You scammed me for $20!! The hotel also informed me IT'S NOT THE 1ST TIME THEY'VE HEARD THE SAME COMPLAINT!! Needless to say I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICE TO ANYONE!! And we all know what word of mouth does!!!

The breakfast included was excellent. A nice selection and was of a great quality. It added to our experience. The employees were very friendly and pleasant. I felt very welcomed and that my business was appreciated.

The Count and State Taxes added over 20% to the stay. The hotel will offer room cleaning and new towels only on request. I have never experienced this. However, did not really take away from the experience, but you "Should know before you go."

Rooms were clean and comfortable, hotel appeared to have been updated recently. Breakfast was great. One of the nicest breakfasts we've had when staying away. Staff was pleasant and accommodating, even suggested a few local eateries when we inquired. Pool area was clean and water was warm. The grandkids enjoyed getting to swim indoors.

Only 1 pool towel out. Could hear other travelers coming and going from there rooms at times.

Everything was great except for the beds and pillows were not very comfortable. The staff was friendly and very good at there jobs. They went above and beyond my left a shirt in the closet house keeping let the manager know who called me about it and held for us to pick it up

Staff was helpful and professional. The breakfast was great. The selection varied and was excellent. Friendly morning staff.

Toilet was loud when flushed and sat very low to the floor. Dust behind the TV and under the phone. I found crumbs on the closet floor.

The location of the establishment was perfect for our visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything. The hotel was very clean and you could tell all employees enjoyed their job and interacting with people.

There was nothing that stands out to me to justify a complaint.

The Front Desk Staff was excellent. They were informative, attentive and accommodating especially Emily. She was so helpful which made our stay even more comfortable. Her personality, professionalism, concerns and information. She was just great.

The first night was terrible since I had someone above me who "stomped" as they walked. It quieted down after 1am but only to be woke by the "stomp" walker at 6 am.

Breakfast and maintenance staff were really pleasant, informative and professional and took really good care of us. They really cared that we were there. Breakfast was well done and presented. The rooms and corridors were well maintained and clean. The location was also good for visits into the Allegheny Mountains, Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater, Ohiopyle, Morgantown, The Summit Inn and Pittsburgh. It was suggested to us that Meloni's Restaurant in Uniontown was a long time favorite and it sure was. We ate there on 3 nights.

No complaints. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Maid service and number of towels issued in the bathroom.. Had to ask for fresh towels each day. Changing sheets could be improved as to when and how many days to changings sheets.
