The location was great: only 3 miles from our family's home. Nice stores were nearby where we got some good Black Friday deals. The complementary breakfast was really good with variety and a nice selection. Price was quite reasonable, and check in/check out was fast and easy. The blackout curtains were easy to work, and made us feel safe as no one could see in our ground level room. All amenities were appreciated. We didn't use the coffee pot, hairdryer, iron or ironing board, swimming pool but it was nice to know we could have if needed.

First and second floor ice machines were out of order. The bed could have been a little firmer for my back. Even though I had set the thermostat to 66°, I was awakened because the room was too warm.

Friendly staff even helped me print some paperwork I needed for the next day. Breakfast was filling and just right for heading out in the morning.

The parking lot could have been cleaned off a little more all of the front spots were still full of snow well after it had snowed. Also it appears the spouting has fallen off and it has been rigged to be out of the way. Which you can’t totally help but I hope they get that fixed.

I like that the pool stays open late. I like that you have a complementary breakfast!

The waffle maker needs to be replaced if it doesn't work. Your breakfast should include fresh fruit and there should be an ice machine for the complementary breakfast. The ice vending machines on the floors need to be replaced if they dont work.

The property was nice and clean and I loved how comfy it was.

I didn’t like how when I first checked into my room my bed wasn’t made. The issue was one of the workers had put down that they had cleaned it but they actually didn’t. I told the front desk and they just gave me a new room which was so nice of them, and make sure they tell the manager the issue.

It is clean and very well taken care of. The continental breakfast was phenomenal. It far exceeded our expectations. We were able to walk to restaurants from the location and many more within a short drive.

We chose the hotel because it has a pool. The pool is very nice but they did not keep the towels stocked while we were there. Even after notifying them of the issue, they did not address it. This made going to the restroom which is outside of the pool area a dripping mess.

Once the renovations are completed (and deficiencies corrected), it will be a class act for the budget-inclined traveller. In 12 days of travel, it was the very best free breakfast. Plenty of choice, very well presented, hot where hot counts, and spotlessly clean and organized. would definitely stay here again.

Renovations are under way, I understand that. It may be advisable, however, to have the contractor clear deficiencies, prior to letting rooms. Even little things catch the eye and affect the ‘first impression’.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were friendly and flexible when we asked for a late check-out. The location was great with restaurants and amenities nearby!

At breakfast their pancake machine wasn't working which was a big disappointment for the kids, and also they only had cheese omelets available in the hot breakfast option which is not ideal for anyone with lactose intolerance.

Located near the botanical gardens where a wedding reception was held The free breakfast was excellent and the area to eat was constantly being cleaned Housekeeping was excellent and friendly I would give this hotel 3 stars!

Front desk receptionist, think her name was Nicole. Completed a long days drive only to find that booking.com failed to reserve our room which we paid for. She was able to find us a room and cancel the charge with booking.com after a 20 minute phone call.

Booking.com. Made our reservations a few days in advance and booking.com failed to communicate the reservation with the hotel. Thankfully the hotel had a few vacancies and the desk receptionist went out of her way to make sure we had a room and was able to cancel the booking.com reservation that I was charged for after a 20 minute phone call.

Front desk lady was very sweet and location was great. We were also very happy we were put as far away from the elevator as possible.

We visited this property 6 months ago and the elevator had a high pitched sound when it runs that you can hear every time it arrives at your floor. It still has that sound this visit.
