We were there for our daughter’s December graduation from WVU. The location was perfect! The room was clean and comfortable. We were unable to stay for breakfast as we had a very long drive and left before it opened. But - the sweet nighttime staff offered us breakfast sandwiches for the next morning! We declined that, but the coffee and hot chocolate that were ready before our early departure was very welcome given the frigid temperatures!

The hotel check in and check out staff were great. Our bed was comfortable and the room was clean except for one issue. Breakfast was better than expected. 😀 All the staff was great except the evening desk employee.

Our bed linens were nasty and stained. They were either not cleaned or one of the cleaning staff did not care and put dirty sheets on the bed. Gross! Unfortunately we were inconvenienced because we had to move to another room. It was late and we were exhausted.

This by far was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at a lot. It was absolutely immaculate!! And it also smelled so fresh not musty like a lot of places. I felt so comfortable and relaxed which was the whole point of my stay and they did not disappoint.

I loved everything about it. This is like my third stay I’m only like 15 miles from home but with my daughter and her family living with me sometimes I just need a break and it did the job.

It was me my daughter and my two grandchildren just needed a day away from the family and we came and we thought the place was beautiful and the kids had a great time. It was real relaxing and the pool was magnificent and I’ll definitely be back. everything was super clean too.

Location was great. Lots of restaurants to choose from for dinner that was close by.

Staff was not experienced to handle the mistake she made when checking me in. She charged my credit card when I already had paid for the room. It took several personal and several days to fix the problem. My wife had to keep call the hotel and talk to the manager to get the problem solved.

Very clean room and Hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.. loved that furry friends could stay as well

Could have been 5 to 10 cheaper. Would help fill up the hotel. Your price is comparable to other Hotels un the area. Why not guarantee 5 to 10 % cheaper. Which would fill your Hotel up.

More important to ask what did I like about the staff. Dylan greeted me with a great smile and a flawless check in. Alex’s breakfast offerings were hot, plentiful and nicely presented. Very clean breakfast area. Sharon happened to be near the door when we checked in. She was charming and helpful.a definite asset to your hotel

Over all Very comfortable. The hotel rooms are a bit dated. Only issue I had was it felt like someone was cutting grass infront of the window at 9am while I was trying to get some sleep...woke up due to the noise. Was hoping to have something else other bacon with eggs. Maybe hashbrowns.

Reception staff friendly and funny. Very welcoming. The beds are very comfortable. Excellent pillows. The room was so clean and quiet. And the heat/cooling system very quiet also. We always enjoy the food choices at the breakfast room. The staff member there was very friendly and helpful

I love everything it is so peaceful like I’m a million miles away from everything. I go to my room and that’s where I stay. It’s seriously my therapy it does my soul good to just get a day and night to myself.
