The bed was SO comfortable, the shower/bathroom was huge and so was the room in general. The location was located perfectly for our reason for stay. Shanna and her staff were amazing and when I asked about additional parking (previous reviews mentioned the small parking garage) and she gave us a card for the city parking garage next to the facility. Parking was 12$ which I didn't think was too bad. Overall our stay exceeded my expectations considering some of the negative reviews I had read prior to our stay. We attended a show at the Metropolitan, which was literally around the block. Close to the bars and a few restaurants which was perfect for after the show. Definitely will stay again next time I'm in Morgantown!

The only issue we ran into was the hot/cold nozzle was backwards in our shower, but no biggie we figured it out and it was the hottest hotel shower I think I've ever taken.

Now living in Arizona for a number of years, this was suggested to me by a college friend. We went college together an hour down the road. The entire town was booked due to an event and the timing of my visit. He brought up Morgantown and this place as a suggestion. Less expensive by $100 a night and the surroundings short walking distance restaurants and museums for one night made sense. I was glad I trusted my friend taking his word. The room was spacious, modernized, comfortable and slept well that night.

I felt the staff may have been a little under their game, probably being in the back office more while waiting for service. No sweat, all good.

I really enjoyed my stay there! Everything was really great. The beds are comfortable. The room was clean. The bathrooms are amazing. The man who checked me in was really nice and polite.

The parking garage, not so much it's a little bit hard to navigate if there's someone coming out as you're going in.

The room was spacious, the beds were super comfy, and we liked the location. We were close to the bike trail.

It is extra for parking. Breakfast was not included. The walk back up the hill was quite steep.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. If I had any questions they were there to help me out. Loved talking with everyone. It was Avery pleasant stay.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Our room was better than anticipated & we appreciated the convenience of the private parking garage at no extra cost

Not the fault of the hotel at all but our room looked out over Chestnut Street & there is a club across the street so there was a good amount of noise all through the night. I would suggest asking for a room that does not face that direction if you can get one

The room was palatial, and the staff was wonderful. There is a nice little bar on site, and it is within walking distance of so many nice bars and restaurants.

The parking garage is a death trap. It is not designed to fit modern cars, and we had multiple issues getting into and leaving the garage. Frankly, the structure should be condemned and rebuilt. If you are asked to pay for parking at this hotel, laugh in their face and demand parking be comped. It is shameful how dangerous and dilapidated that garage is. I'm frankly insulted that I was asked to pay extra to utilize such a terrible "amenity."

The hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent. The room was nice sized and super clean. Breakfast was great!!

It is a little pricey. I know you get what you pay for, but I have stayed at other places that were a bit cheaper and still offered the same quality.

Spacious rooms, very close to WVU downtown and all the action.

Being in the city the drawback was that noise from outside revelers could be heard late night, so a high floor is recommended.

Room was better than expected given the lobby. Parking was up a steep curve in an adjacent building. Luggage racks were available for our stuff.

Lobby not attractive. Location not one I’d linger in after dark. Breakfast was perfunctory and not exactly adequate.
