My recent stay at Hotel M was made truly special by the incredible service of Rupal and Sam. Their attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and willingness to assist with every need enhanced my experience. From the clean and comfortable rooms to their personalized recommendations, I couldn't have asked for better hospitality. Hotel M, thanks to Rupal and Sam, earns my highest recommendation for a wonderful stay. The highlight of my stay was the impeccable cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. It was evident that the hotel takes pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, and this contributed significantly to my overall enjoyment of the stay.

The new manager is a great example of a manager who is willing to work with u and make you happy and make you feel good about your stay and is a very helpful person and I would’ve never expected this place to stay but I wil be happy to do so now ,

The cleaning up of room as well as the facilities are redone and wonderful.

The property is very clean! The owner is very nice and the staff is very nice. They’re very welcoming, and that means a lot being a travel nurse. Super close to the facility that I was working at. We will be returning. An excellent place to stay.

The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was spacious , front desk supervisor was very friendly and I enjoyed talking to her. We didn't want to leave it was so nice. We will definitely be returning in the future!!! I did not need a credit card to book it and I payed with cash. It took a lot of stress off me.

Only thing I didn't like was we kept. Sliding down in the bed . But that was us not the bed lol.

Huge room; huge, comfortable beds; convenient to destination in town; excellent water pressure; car park right by room entrance; price per night very affordable; ease of reservation; located in quiet neighborhood away from traffic; ease of access to facility; exceedingly professional and cordial Front Desk Clerk Lady who made the business of staying away from home worry-free.

We didn't notice anything of the sort.

Friendly staff and a clean room. Close to restaurants and gas stations.

Seems the walls were paper thin because the people next to us were really loud. I hardly had enough toilet paper for my stay and only 1 towel for 2 people. There were no batteries in the remote control upon arrival but staff took care of that.

The staff was fantastic! They were great, super friendly, and very helpful. Also was really close to the WVU football field. It was a short Uber ride(which is in high demand) or a decent walk. Bed was also super comfy and the room was very clean. I genuinely don't understand why this hotel is rated poorly. It was perfect for a 1 night stay

The outside of the building could use some renovating and the ceiling above the shower was in a little rough shape. Also wish there were more lyfts or ubers available.

Location short drive to Ruby memorial hospital Value

Need to be able to check out at 6am shouldn't have to wait till 8am. Since you have to leave a $100 deposit I had to wait. If you going to make people leave a deposit someone should be there 24-7. I did cash because for some reason it takes y'all 3 to 5 days to put it back on a card but when I booked the room y'all took my money instantly so why can't you put it back on instantly.

Very comfortable and perfect location for almost everything.

I have nothing to say. Bc they cater everything we need.

Manager was super accommodating and gave me a free upgrade.

This hotel is under renovations right now but the manager is doing everything he can to make this place great again
